with older brothers who loved progressive rock, add to it my own development for METAL & Classic Rock and ya have an idea of where my musical tastes lie.

As for Debbie, Read on the following to know http://ledge.fleetwoodmac.net/showthread.php?t=37894

Blackwater Park is great, but Ghost Reveries is in my #5 ALL-time list...Holy Sh*t that album is great!!! Watershed is growing on me, especially the track "Burden".

Forgot Zimmer's Hole album too, the video for "When You Were Shouting at the Devil..." is classic!!!

Don't see this one yet- Mudcrutch. How 'bout the new 3 Doors Down album, that was pretty good as well. Oh, and that loser from that band, he just put out a solo album again. What was it? Gift of Nails or something, I think.

Yeah I have to listen to that. A coworker let me burn it. . .

I forgot Nick Cave!
Oh and Black Mountain's In The Future.

How could you forget Nick Cave?! ;) I am not sure about Black Mountain - my only exposure to them was when they opened for Cave, and they sounded terrible at that show. Admittedly, it could've been the sound guy, though.

<i>Ghost</i> is awesome, definitely, but I've somehow latched completely onto <i>Blackwater</i>. I can't function without listening to it at least once a week.

And yes, the "When You Were Shouting at the Devil..." video is classic, lol! I was rather disconsolate when Strapping Young Lad died, but I felt a bit better when they added Hoglan to the ZH lineup - 3 out of 4 ain't bad.

And if I can't have SYL back, at least its various members have seen fit to provide me with quality amusements like ZH and Dethklok.

[estranged4life]

I would like to add Within Temptation's "Black Symphony" CD/DVD to my list, one of the better concert DVD's any band has recorded with an orchestra (The Metropole Orchestra) that I have seen.
