Hi,

I know this is the millionth thread I've posted about my music. I finally believe that I have found the right group of musicians, who are serious enough about playing "Live" and not in a basement. We've been practicing and writing for the past month and finally put together a set list. I started updating my mypace and new pictures are hopefully come next week. I also posted two new songs : One I wrote called Never Enough and one the rhythm guitarist wrote called Cantankerous. We don't have a name as of yet. Looking for suggestions so if you listen to the new songs and can think of anything please let me know.

Thanks for listening,

A variation of your name: Can/dle/oft-3 syllables for Candleoft or Candle Loft

Ok, scoff if you want...Jeff Beck turned down the name Led Zeppelin when he formed his band with Ron Wood & Rod Stewart back in '68...so Jimmy Page used the name, the rest is history.

You might regret turning down "Temple Monkeys".

Led Zepplin sounds nothin like "Temple Monkeys"

I liked the Candle Loft, mainly because it plays with words.

We had practice last night and these are the tops names so far:
Aim- At-All (play on the word animal)
Symphony of Destruction
Zen Soul
Halo in the Dark

I told them about Temple Monkey. They said the same thing. sry. lol.

Aw, cool You guys are from Attleboro. I like what I've heard so far. Also Cantankerous reminds me of Alice In Chains. I'm hearing a lot of Jerry Cantrell/Layne Staley there.

I was playing this game thingy where you go to this site, and it selects a Wikipedia page at random. Whatever the title of the page was, that's your band name. One was Kirkley Hall (but I think that's a person), another was some amphibian's name, and Apathy of Human Beings. I like that one : )

I like that last name a lot. i'm writing it down. as well as the exit show. I've been listing to a lot of Stevie lyrics for an idea. Dawn of Separation came into my head, but I'm not sure if its a better song title than a band name.

Actually, excuse me! I have no doubt you worked hard, I also have no idea why you're replying so defensively.
It's not about YOU. I actually am a very busy person (like most people) and to go and actually listen to someone I have never heard about, don't know who they are is a big deal. So what's the problem really? You should be flattered that people are listening.
Whatever, bro, whatever.
