Hi everybody,
I'm thinking about to part with one of my rare Stevie photos at eBay. I know that Herbert Worthington likes to pull auctions from eBay. I've also heard that there are some people out there who are making complaints about photos at eBay. The problem is that I don't know who the photographer is or if this is one of Herbert's photos. I bought it years ago from a dealer outside eBay for some money. The photo is printed on a photo paper that has the notes Copyright protected. Can anyone give some infos? I hope that everybody understands that I have to put the protection sleeve over the photo to avoid downloading to make prints. I haven't seen this photo anywhere on the net yet...

Hey Melanie,

I looks like it's an outtake of this magazine clipping:

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v347/melacine/bwf303.jpg

I can't find the clipping with the caption, but i think it says it was Stevie with her daughter or something like that (it's one of Mick's daughters). I don't have the whole clipping, just this downloaded one, but if someone has it, maybe it will list the photographer next to it?

Hope this helps a bit!!

luv,
Shel

Ok, just found the one with the caption;

It has a name on top, could that be the photographer's name? Sorry I couldn't help more.....

luv,
Shel

Hey Shel,
thanks for the tips! But I can't read the name on the top....

Yeah, it's too fuzzy, but at least you can see it's not Herbert. Maybe someone who has a real copy of the clipping would be nice enough to check for you....

Shel

So, when it's not Herbert then I think it shouldn't be a problem to offer it at eBay?? But I've seen auctions pulled by Herbert even though it weren't his photos....

Stevie seems to wearing the same T-Shirt in both pictures, so it looks like it's from the same session. I can only make out a K and C, I think, anyway, as the initials of the photographer. Any ideas?

He does that out of jealously because he's such a bad photographer.

This was taken at The Record Plant outside and not by HWW. The other pic was taken at the same time.

I think you should be fine selling it, it's not by any of the well-known photographers.

Okay, I did some research: I have 2 differend clippings with that photo, both from Dutch magazines, one of the mags credits photographer Barry Schultz for the photo, he's a Dutch photographer.
He photographed FM several times in '76 and '77, he sells them through here: http://www.sunshinerockinart.com/index.php?page=shop.browse&option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=26 (great photos!)
I've seen his Stevie pics from april '77 many times on Ebay, so I think you'll be fine.

Yep, it is! It's originally much better as the shots I've taken. It's VERY sharp and clear and just wonderful. I've put it up on eBay now.
