Being a non US resident, i have had trouble redeeming my free GOS cd. Anyone else who has these problems ; just keep sending emails to Warner's customer service and ask them to fill out the form for you untill they do. It worked for me and i have now received a confirmation number from them. Only took me about 8 emails . . . :laugh:
