Well, it seems that there is some confusion as to some of the onsale dates for Lindsey's shows and that there are some different ticketing agencies handling the sales. So I thought it would be helpful to organize this subject into one thread to make it easier for people to figure out what's going onsale when and who's handling it. So if everyone is ok with this idea, lets post all the ticketing info here to make it easier for all of us to figure out whats going on.:)

I like having a different thread for each city, but that's just me. I think that makes things easier for ticket sales, Ledgie gatherings, etc.

Yeah, it might get hard searching through one thread about every venue.

It is the HOB members presale (just sign up for a free account with the HOB and you can do the pre-sale, the password is ENERGY)...the $62 price includes all the add-ons like convenience charge, handling, etc.

Can we assume that the Ticketmaster pre-sale password is going to be the same for all the shows? Any idea what it would be for the NYC pre-sale on Thursday?
The HOB Chicago pre-sale thing isn't working for me either. I wonder if they sold their allotted amount already. Or Gretchen is getting a very personnel concert. ;) Guess we'll all have to wait until Friday.

I had plans to go to the Chicago show, but from what I recall about HOB, the seating their sucks...and of COURSE, you know I'd have to be in the first row.
There is no seating at the HOB Chicago. Everybody on the floor stands. It's a GA show, unless you want to sit in one of the boxes.

ewww yeah that blows.
I love GA shows... the scalpers can't charge you up the ass and the people that really want to be up front get there early and are first in. The "real" fans get the best spots... as it should be. ;)

I haven't posted here in ages but I thought I'd let anyone interested know what I found out about the New York password.... which isn't much. I called ticketmaster and they have no idea what it is. At first, the rep was disputing the fact that there is a presale even thought it is on their site and he had to open up TM's website to see the presale info. So then I called the Nokia theater and they have no idea what it is either. And they said that if anyone knows, it would be ticketmaster. Maybe I'll call TM again and hopefully get another rep.:( I also emailed
[email protected] and registered with AEG Live who is promoting that show, so maybe those of us who want to go to ths show will know something by tomorrow.

I haven't posted here in ages myself. I just wanted to let people know that there are still really great seats left at the Ridgefield Playhouse in Connnecticut. I had never been there before last month, but I have to tell you, you can't get any more intimate than that place. I was in the seventh row of a show and it was awesome. I managed to get fourth row a little bit left of the stage for Lindsey, but still a fantastic seat. I am still shaking, I just can't wait to see Lindsey that close. It's my dream come true. :blob2:

I got an email from Ticketmaster today, apropos of nothing that I can tell, so I imagine it went out to anyone who recently purchased tickets for venues in the area. The password is "gift", and they are offering a FREE copy of the album for every pair of tickets purchased (max, 4 tickets). Pretty cool.

I'm sorry. I wrote that in a strange way.
I meant, I bought General Admission tickets before for a different venue (on ticketmaster). When you purchase those tickets, instead of the drop-down menus giving you lots of choices, they say "General Admission" very clearly. There are some places (I believe Nokia is one of them) where you could choose "floor" General Admission (which would be more expensive) or Mezzanine GA (slightly cheaper)--when the show is actually intended as a GA show. But the fact that you are actually looking for seats, with row and seat numbers, means it's totally reserved (and I'm actually glad about it. I don't like some of the hijinx involved with General Admission--but, that's me).
Don't feel bad about the Amex presale. You missed absolutely NOTHING. I was on there and it was one of the worst presales ever. The one today was MUCH better. I didn't see even one ticket that was less than 20 rows from the stage. I got on about 15 minutes after the thing started (couldn't find the blasted password), and stayed on for quite a while...but, it was crap.

I got CC 9 and 11 for Nokia. I'm actually pretty pleased. When I started, I was pulling up mostly LL and MM, and just kept trying. It is actually my first time seeing Lindsey solo (I know!), so I just want to be as close as possible. I cannot call the seventh row (I think it is, anyway) a bad seat! I do wish it was a little more center, but I doubt we are so far to the side that it will be hard to see. And I'm also hoping we are close enough that people will stand and kind of merge together!
A friend with an Amex was looking at locs yesterday and was only pulling back of Orch/Front of Promenade seats. So I don't think the locs yesterday were any better. I'm pleased with what I got. It is a great venue and should be a lot of fun!

I ordered tickets by phone on monday 21st of july.
Tried ordering via their website but i could not get through (the connection timed out every time) so i just picked up the phone and called them. The woman on the phone gave me a confirmation number and the row and seat numbers (7th row was the closest she had left) I'm not a Keswick Club member either but i did mention that i was calling from Belgium and that we were flying in especially for the concert, so maybe that is why she took my order, i dunno ? Maybe ticket sales through their website only starts today, but phone sales started earlier. Or maybe someone misinformed you ?
on edit: you've got me worrying now that maybe she understood me wrong and sold me tickets for some other concert. I better call back tonight and check . . .

Your research was wrong. AMEX presales and Gold Card Event general sales is always the customer service number from the back of the card minus hyphens and the leading zero. You also have to charge it to your AMEX card or the sale is no good. FYI platinum members get the best seats usually.

We can start individual threads for each show/venue that way they are easier to find. Many have already been started by Livia. If we start a pre-sale password thread, that will just become a mess too. :wavey:
On edit, let's make sure there hasn't already been a thread started for a particular show before we start a new one.

We can start individual threads for each show/venue that way they are easier to find. Many have already been started by Livia. If we start a pre-sale password thread, that will just become a mess too. :wavey:
On edit, let's make sure there hasn't already been a thread started for a particular show before we start a new one.
Well, my thought was a sticky with one person controlling the input of the passwords...opening and closing the thread to avoid additional/unnecessary verbiage.

Don't ever do that again ! Almost gave me a heart attack. ;)
 Hey, it almost gave me a heart attack too! I guess when she updated his site, she left that one off by accident, IDK.

I was also figuring that as the shows came closer, people would discuss more than just password or ticket sale info. The individual threads will make it easier to discuss pre and post show.
