I'm guessing that the remix of EO17 is definately NOT coming out now? Anyone heard?

The project is essentially dead. Last week in Boston, Tracy said that she hasn't heard one thing from the label. Still, she doesn't want to upset Warner by leaking her mix. Other re-mixers have been blacklisted for doing just that.

Well, I don't know if this mix was officially part of the EO17 remix project, but I came across this one recently.
Edge of Seventeen - Matty's Deep Edge of 17 Mix

It was on a page for DJ Matthias Heilbronn, you can download it here or stream it on the page I found it on, it is about 42 minutes into the mix.
Here is the page where I found it:

and a little write up about it:
Working on Stevie Nicks was a trip! I was sent 4 DVD's worth of parts, from the original session. As it turned out, somebody had made a mistake, and given me 4 of the same DVD's Lucky for me, the CD included the vocals and percussion, which are the only parts I ended up using. The vocals were recorded in the same room as the whole band, so there was so much background noise, it was hard to filter and gate it out. After putting some effects on the voices, the little bleed through's of sound actually created a very interesting vibe, which kind of lead me to going kind of corky/ spooky, with a touch of Detroit. Perfect transition to what comes next with Ame's remix of Gregory's "Elle", both spooky and Detroit influenced. Both artists have been a big inspiration for me and the whole DJ culture, I think, and a collaboration of them is a prefect match! I was originally going to stop the mix around 60 minutes, as it was supposed to be a simple radio mix, and radio jocks normally ask to keep it around that time. If this is the case here, no need to read any further...

Some of these vocals are on the leaked master reels.
It's not a very complementary mix, but it's nice to hear some DJs taking a stab at it.

I have many of the master reel recordings, but the Edge of Seventeen master reels have never crossed my path. Does anyone have any of them that they would like to share or can direct me to where I can find them?

Thank you for this working link. The other one wouldn't work for me even after I was told it would.

Matthias "Matty" Heilbronn was one of many DJs who received the 4 DVD package of tracks from the original Edge sessions. However, all four discs were the same - featuring vocals and bass. This is the same thing that several others reported - they were waiting on additional materials to construct remixes, but never received them.
Personally, I think Matty's mix is a clunky, sloppy mess. Very often his mixes are listed as Matty's Sunflower Club Mix, etc. He recently remixed Donna Summer's I'm A Fire.

okay, what idiot was in charge of this remix project? 4 DVDs all the same? vocals and bass only, what a joke. No wonder this project never really went anywhere.
