I miss her. She's funny.

With the departures ..either by strike or by choice of many of her friends and also the fact that it just isn't quite what it used to be on here she probably just lost interest.

Stevie's not out & about so, she has little interest :p

I was just thinking of Amber yesterday at the gym. I thought, "She's been gone a long time." When I got home, I headed over to YouTube to watch her & Jazmen sing INSIDER in a motel room.

That in turn got me to thinking about the days when Brian Liquid5000 used to post here, & a big group of them met in Las Vegas & sang karaoke STAND BACK in a bar.

before i joined the ledge, someone sent me over here to dl that video. I didn't know a damn soul, but i laughed my ass off. I kept it for the longest time until a few months ago. i sent my laptop in to get the hinge fixed and they wiped out my hard drive  I remember it was labeled "cluster f*ck" and oh, truer words were never typed  i loved it though and think it needs to make its second coming.

I think I still have that somewhere on my other computer. If nobody else posts it, I will look for it tomorrow.

Was that the one from 8/05 with me singing og lead after Brian (LiquidBlue) told me he would sing and then handed me the mic when we got up there  That was one helluva night, but the next night with Sparky and then hot fudge sundays for like six from room service in my room while watching that video was even better.

I do not think Amber was there though. She was there for the first Vegas 05 concerts, which was another room service in my room food orgy - I gotta lay off the room service for eight

We could have done some singing & pianoing & eating healthy foods & visiting the university library & perhaps attended some lectures, &c., & then perhaps have seen the Stevie concert that night -- or at least a few of the songs -- & organized an outdoor walk early the following morning before the sun got too high.

Well, I am sure at some point I was at a poetry reading -- alas it could have been me listening to Ken (macfanken) rambling on about something in a drunken stupor

In the forst round of concerts, I did catch the Monet exhibit at The Bellagio as well as this sort of rainforest exhibit they have there as well.

Come to think of it, I likely lectured several people on both trips - does that count?

I miss him -- he was a good guy!

I hear about all these underground boards but am not on any of them. I was on one once briefly -- I forget the name, but it was a group displeased with Tracy's board (burnish.net) (blackasnight might have been the name) -- I hung out for awhile, but it was not my thing though I liked and still like the people there.

I did too. But, the phillies and few of the guys divided into two camps and that was it. I really liked and like Tracy. We sat next to each other on the front row of a FM concert one time. I think she just got over it.

This always makes me jealous of people who have met other ledge members! I wanna come to the party and sing and eat too!:wavey: well maybe someday.

and strandie, that was the best sundae of my life. enhanced of course by the camaraderie and the look of WTF on the face of the room service dude.
