^^

That is one of my favorite movies. But that is my least favorite story line in it. It infuriates me EVERY TIME. Alan Rickman infuriates me and that stupid whore Mia infuriates me. I just hate that story line - it breaks my heart.

Oh I do love Emma Thompson - and I love the whole film - that one story line just gets me every time. I totally cry along with her every time too though - when she's listening to the cd. And I do like how she confronts him on it. Good stuff.

Yeah... as much as I love Alan Rickman I'd string him up by his balls!

When she realises it's just a Joni Mitchell CD it's so horrible :(
I don't think I could ever listen to Joni again after that if that was me
I do love Alan Rickman though

It's heartbreaking. At least I already hated by hubby and realised the marriage was over before I found out he had been seeing someone else.

The only thing about Love Actually, I think, is that it has too many story strands going through it. They even leave the Laura Linney story just hanging in the air, which is annoying.
I agree with you on that one.

See, I don't think they do (leave it hanging in the air I mean). She clearly chooses her brother over any hope of an outside life and that's it...it's so sad - that story line breaks my heart too...sigh.
