I find that a lot of the songs that move me the most are instrumentals and was just wondering if anyone else had any favorites. Here are two that I'm listening to a lot at the moment...

I don't think I have any rock instrumental favorites. But if you stripped the vocals off some of my favorite rock songs, like Rainbow Blues or Mama's Pearl, you'd have excellent rock instrumentals.

More darkwavish type instrumentals than rock, but hauntingly wonderful:
Devils Lake - Patrick O'Hearn
Upon The Wings of the Night - P. O'Hearn
Coba - P. O'Hearn

oh hooray ChiliD...I'm glad you put "green onions" coz I was going to do the same earlier, but thought it might not qualify as "rock". It is quite tame, but one of my alltime favs  (oh oh, are we showing our age now??)
