The cruelty of man !

Even though my thoughts are with everyone out there in California, battling the fires, something came to my attention that i could not just let go by without doing something, no matter how little.

An "artist" from Honduras has taken a stray dog off of the streets, tied him to a rope and placed him in his exhibition to starve ... all for the sake of modern art !

People came and watched... no one saved the dog and it eventually died from starvation on a cold floor, with dog food glued to the wall he was facing but could not reach..

A petition was drawn to have this "artist" punished for this act of cruelty

It's too late for this poor animal, but as a signal that this cannot go unpunished and to ensure that something like this never happens again, please sign the petition and forward this to all your friends.

oh my god. I just about had an out of body experience. that is, undoubtedly, one of cruelest things I've ever seen. that "artist" is a disgusting human being. he will get what he deserves someday.

I can't even understand that. I thought I wanted to see the pictures but as it was opening, I changed my mind. I'm afraid if I look it's going to haunt me. I hope someone just takes him out. It takes a sick **** to think something like that is art.

I read this days ago. I thought about posting it here, but really.. it just makes me too sick. When I first saw the article, I actually got angry tears and had to call home to have someone tell Lily that I love her.

I agree--this idiot should suffer the same fate as the dog. So should everyone who actually went to see this glorified torture show they're calling an art exhibition. I think he should be placed in a big ol' bubble in the middle of Times Square, chained to one side of the bubble with a steak glued to the other like sara1998 said, just mere inches out of reach, so people can watch HIM as he starves to death.

Betcha he'd say I'm a monster for suggesting that. 'Cause dogs, who would never have the capability to think up something this...*cruel* doesn't even begin to describe it...are just so much lesser than *humans*. Idiot. :mad:
