It's bittersweet in a way.

I am very, very glad Michele has made the decision to purchase. It makes me really glad to know that "one of us" has bought this place, and not a domain collecting agency. So thank you, thank you, thank you, Michele! I wish I could say that I knew you, but I've only seen a few of your posts. You seem like a nice person and an informed fan. I'm looking forward to seeing what you'll do with the ol' place. :D

At the same time, I'm sad to lose Marty & Lis. Although they've been around less frequently each year that goes by, they have been the absolute best. Every aspect of The Penguin is a treasure, and not many people would have the work ethic - or care for the band and fan community - that it takes to make something so complete. I miss the IRC chat days with these guys (and everyone else). Much love for the entire family, and good luck in the future!

Thank you for making The Penguin a place where members of the Fleetwood Mac band, Stevie & Lindsey's band would choose to come and do Q&As and have direct interaction with the fans here. Thank you for being the most accessible with the largest collection of Fleetwood Mac information anywhere! The Penguin, Fleetwood Mac DOT NET, is still the real Fleetwood Mac website, despite anything that Fleetwood Mac DOT COM has ever tried to do. I hope you'll always be around, running in the shadows.

Michele, as Sarah said, I'm so glad it's "one of us" that took the reigns of The Penguin. I wish you the best, Michele, and trust the fans will continue their support in many ways.

I'm excited about implementing things (both new and old) that will be fun for everyone, but it's going to be baby steps for me. So, hopefully you won't expect too much, too soon. But give me about 6 months and then I should be off and running!

I promise to work a little faster than Lindscrafter does, at least:lol:
