Yes, she said yes! I went to see her parents in Sarasota and they grilled me for a few hours. I had met them before but we didnt get to know one another very well. Renee was happy and laughed/cried. I baked a red velvet cake (amongst other things) in prep for the asking, and the cake said "Marry Me...hooker" ...you just have to know us, but believe me, she loved it.

No! The Turner is still at Rick Turner's shop. They are returning it to me in 2-3 weeks. It had some "issues" that needed to be fixed. At any rate, I've got a gig this Saturday and no Turner. =(

WOW! A red velvet cake? Say no more ~~~ if the diamond didn't get her attention...the fact that the man can and will bake & cook, did.
