intitle:"index.of" (mp3) SEARCHHERE -html -htm -php -asp -cf -jsp
that's the search string that i utilize to make google act as a p2p for me.
go on, try it. just type the artist or song you're looking for where "SEARCHHERE" is. there are a few pages that have figured out how to bypass it.. but it's very easy to weed out non-legit results. the site "e-mp3s.eu" is always fake, and there are a few others.. but generally, it's very easy to find what you're looking for without the hassle of a p2p client. in a nutshell, the string makes google search for parent directories holding mp3s with the criteria you specify. alternatively, if you want to search for something other than mp3, you can type that in the parenthesis.. or, if you want to search for something in addition to mp3s, like mpegs or avi's for example, you can do all at once by including the different formats in the parenthesis separated by pipes. i.e. (mp3 | avi | mpeg | etc | etc | etc) . eat me RIAA.

My last bulletin on myspace...
Body: Someone once pointed out to me the fact that there seems to be a micro-economy in the service industry. Restaurant workers take their tip money out to bars and clubs at night and give it to the bartenders, who promptly return it to the waiters and waitresses the next day at lunch. The cycle is almost self-sufficient and is mutually beneficial. Knowing the pain of waiting on customers, each group tips the other well and never raises a fuss. These people do not need to be educated. The rest of you do.
Many of us have stood in a noisy, crowded bar and asked, "What's a guy got to do to get a drink around here?" Well, you're about to find out. Here are some Do's and Don'ts that will keep the relationship between the bartender and bar patron running smoothly.
DON'T...
Fail to have your money ready
We're waiting on you. Everyone else is waiting on us. Therefore, by the Transitive Property of Equality, everyone is waiting on you. Rule #1: Have your **** together. Not only will following Rule #1 get you served quicker in a bar, it's a good general rule to adopt in life and is especially helpful in Central American border crossing scenarios.
Whistle
This is an absolute No-No. You whistle at dogs, not people.
Wave money
Oh, you've got a dollar!! I'll be right over!! Hopefully I won't break an ankle in my fevered rush to get you your "curz lite." Well, at least you're not breaking the next rule.
Yell out the bartender's first name
There's something deeply psychologically disturbing about hearing your name called out, turning around and seeing a complete stranger. That's one of the reasons strippers use stage names. Bartender's do too. Mine is MANTHUNDER.
Say "make it strong!" or "put a lot of liquor in it"
Oh, you're one of the rare drinkers that like their drink strong! When you say this, you're assuming I make weak drinks (which is insulting) and you're assuming that I'll stiffen this one up for my new best buddy, you. This is the best way to get a weak drink.
Give the ever-expanding drink order
You want a Bud. I go get it. I come back and now you want a Margarita. Okay, no prob. I come back, and (oh yeah!) now you want a shot of Tequila, too. You really could have told us this all at once. See Rule #1.
Pull the redirect (or the bait 'n' switch)
Usually used after the money wave or the whistle, this is when the gentlemen passes his turn to the lady behind him. Yeah, um, don't do that, okay? Chances are she's not ready, and your weak attempt at chivalry just cost you your turn. See you in 30 minutes.
Try the confused, lost look
This is usually accompanied by the question "What kind of beer y'all got?" while looking at all the beers we have. You did know you were in a bar, right? You didn't just appear here, did you? Refer to Rule #1.
Order High Maintenance shooters
Example: "Lemme get an Alabama Slammer, a Red Snapper, two Kamikazes, a Buttery Nipple and a Lemon Drop." Usually followed by a small tip. People, these shooters are fine by themselves, but there are multiple steps involved with each one. Translation: Time Sink. You may get them this time, but you'll probably be waited on last the next time we see your face. Here's a clue as to whether or not you're high maintenance; if two bartenders are working and they see you, and they flip a coin and the loser comes over to take your order, pretty good chance you're high maintenance.
Assume we know you're in the band
We know, we know, you're gonna be really famous, but you're not there yet, tiger. Tell us you're in the band and which band you're in. By the way, if you are in a band and get free/reduced drink prices, feel free to tip, as most bartenders are also in bands! It's not like we don't know how it is. Oh, and our bands will smoke your band.
Assume we know you period
Unless you've followed the first "Do" rule below, we don't remember you. You are one of a thousand faces for us, and when you point at an empty glass or a beer bottle that's invariably facing away from us, your attempt at a shortcut backfires. Tell us what you want.
Apologize for sucking
Don't apologize for not tipping. Acknowledging that you suck is not the same as not sucking. Oh, and don't say "I'll get ya next time." We know all about you.
Assume soft drinks are free
Are they free at McDonald's? Are they free at Wal-Mart? Are they free anywhere? I blame M.A.D.D. for this myth.
Put pennies and nickels in the tip jar
We don't want that crap in our pockets any more than you do. We don't have anything smaller than quarters. Have you ever ordered a drink that cost $3.17?
Be "The Micro brew Aficionado"
Usually a pseudo-hippy who can't tip a quarter but can't bring himself to drink "schwag," and who has to sample some new berry-wheat-harvest-ale that he heard about at Burning Man. "Do you have the new Vernal-Equinox Special Welcome-Fest?" "Does Anyone?" Here's your Newcastle. Go.
Be "The Daddy War bucks"
Dressed in classic day-trader wear, this loud, boisterous guy smokes cigars and orders Martinis and generally exudes an air of money. Until the tip. We hate you.
Be a "Whiney Baby"
Under no circumstances should you ever whine to a bartender when asked to see your ID. Our jobs depend on them, and when we spot a fake/expired ID, don't argue; we've seen and heard it all a million times before, and it will get you absolutely nowhere. If you "don't have one" or "forgot it," forget it; you don't belong out on the town in the first place. That's the law, plain and simple. If we don't have the law, the terrorists win. You don't want the terrorists to win, do you? Bring your ID. Remember Rule #1, from a minute ago?
Don't tell me the bartender at the front bar hooks it up cheaper
bull**** because if he did you wouldn't be at my bar gettin it from me! if you can't afford the drinks you are ordering then don't drink!
DO
Tip
Tip heavy right off the bat, and you're the first person we aim for every time you come up to the bar. Did you get that? Go back and read it again. The word will spread to the other bartenders and you'll be treated like a prince. It will pay off in better drinks and the occasional free one.
Be patient
All you really need to do to get waited on is make eye contact. We see you, and we'll get to you before the guy right next to you waving money and whistling. Remember, this isn't insulin we're passing out here. If you really need the drink that bad, you've got a problem to address, Jack. The meek shall inherit the bar.
Understand
we are human not machines we know you're there however you are not the only or most important one in the bar...
(ALL BARTENDERS OR WAIT STAFF, REPOST!)

It is a nice hotel. I stayed there years ago. We had a bad room and a room of, I think just two, Latina lesbos were, I believe, in the throws of highly audible passion for most of the night - but, the location was great. The older hotels in South Beach are very cool, but allowances must be made. Be sure and go to The DiLido Beach Club at the Ritz Carlton and have a margarita! Also, if you have never been to The Delano - go - it is an experience! have a great time!

Excellent- thank you! We're pretty excited because even though it's a business trip, we've never been on a honeymoon. I will only be able to stay for 3 days (Jeff will be there for 5) but I can't wait.

There is lots of shopping to be had. There is a big outdoor mall area full of restaurants and the like. You can walk pretty much anywhere in South Beach - so, that is a plus. If you want to see something kind of scary but cool - go to The Shore Club for a cocktail. It is wildly decadent and you may see the likes of Paris Hilton by the pool in one of the beds, yes beds. It is WAY surreal. It also has one of the coolest penthouses I have ever been in in my life. It has its own pool. Here is the site http://www.shoreclub.com/#
For food - I would try and eat one night at the rest. at The Delano in The Blue Door. It is pricey, but fab and tres chic. I also loved "Pacific Time" - but it has been awhile since I have been there.
I am jealous!

My imagination.. that stops me sometimes. When you're a kid, imagination is fun and nobody tries to stop it. But when you get older, you all of a sudden use your imagination to keep you from doing things; at least for me. Like, I'll want to do something, and I'll just think, "Oh, what if," you know that thing?
Let's say, for instance, I'm out of cheese, okay? And I'll think, "Oh, but what if I go to the store and they're out of cheese?" I'd be like, "How could you be out of cheese?" And they'd be like, "What do you mean, 'How could WE be out of cheese?' You're out of cheese; people run out of cheese." Then I'd be like, "Yeah, but you're a store, you should have cheese stocked up in the back for people like me coming in, looking for cheese."
And that's when they send the manager over, who thinks he's so cool for being the manager because his picture's framed in front of the store because he's the manager, you know? And he's like, "What seems to be the problem, ma'am?" Which, to me, is so condescending, like "Little Lady," you know, and I'd be like, "The little lady's problem--" he'd be like, "Who's the little lady?" I'd be like, "Shut up and listen to me. You're out of cheese, and I want some."
And he's like, "Well, how about some cottage cheese?" Like he's going to negotiate the situation; he's a diplomat because he's the manager, you know. And I'd be like, "I don't want cottage cheese, I want cheddar cheese. Sharp cheddar cheese is what I came in for. Sharp cheddar cheese and cottage cheese are not the same thing; just because they have 'cheese' in the title doesn't make it a cheese at all. That'd be like going to a musical instrument store and saying, 'I'd like to buy a trumpet,' and they say, 'Oh, I'm sorry, we're all out of trumpets, but would you like a shoehorn?' See, that's not the same thing, is it, Mr. Manager? Thank you for the shoehorn!"
And he starts getting all nervous and everything because a crowd is forming and he starts feeling humiliated 'cause they're all sitting around mumbling, "What seems to be the problem?" "I don't know, she wants some cheese." And so he just slaps me right across the face. And so that's when Skip, the part-time guy who works there who hates the manager because he thinks he's so cool for being the manager and treats Skip like **** 'cause he's just the part-time guy, and Skip's just going to quit in the fall and go back to school, anyway; he doesn't even need the money, he's from a wealthy family; he's just doing it for the experience because his family wants him to work one summer.
So, anyway, he takes the hose and he goes to spray the manager right in the eye, right? But that's when he's leaning down to pick up the cottage cheese, so he misses him and he gets this old woman who's standing right behind him and she's there picking out an avocado, because the older you get, the less you eat, and all she wants is an avocado, so she screams out, "My eye! I've been sprayed in the eye with a produce hose!" And that's when her nephew who's visiting from Austin, Texas, who's two aisles over picking out tortilla chips because he thinks they're going to have some guacamole, but little does he know it's just one avocado. So he starts running, "I'll help you, aunt so-and-so!" And when he's running down the aisle, he slips on the water from the produce hose, breaks his leg, breaks his arm, bruises two ribs right there, gets a stitch put in his cheekbone -- just one, but still, it's a stitch.
Chaos breaks out, and it's all over Hard Copy and Entertainment Tonight, Access Hollywood: "LESBIAN DEMANDS CHEESE, CAUSES RIOT." And I'm like, "I didn't even want the cheese!" You know?
 I transcribed a bit of one of Ellen DeGeneres' stand-up specials for a friend.
