Friends @ the show tonight report that Stevie sounded wonderful. Added a lot of "cat calls" like she does during R&R but during EO17 instead. No Edge walk either though she was perfectly able to  Maybe the Mid State Fair lack of has her on a new route...god I hope not!
She skipped Sorcerer & Beauty & the Beast. Ended EO17 (did I mention w/out an Edge walk agin :distress: ) then came back out for R&R and that's it. Nothing much else new. Mentioned to the crowd this was really really the last show of the tour, and thanked all for being there.
Seemingly all polled this night were there for Hall & Oats. wtf? Finding the SN fans was difficult. No merchandise whatsoever. I think they said they took pics, but not having a pc @ home & not that familiar w/ the Ledge, (even @ my urging) likely we won't see, unless the forward on, and I post...oh, say 3 months from now.

Unless Jaz is performing, of course.

I am lost hahaha

The Mid State Fair was on the 26th
The Prescott AZ show was on the 27th
The Phoenix AZ show was on the 28th

Irvine is on August 18th
Atlantic City is on the 24th

I can't wait for AC but why the random date?
And how can the Mid State Fair actually be the last date? Crazy lady.

Doesn't anyone else feel like it's a bit anticlimatic to end your tour officially at a shoe show?

Agreed. Maybe she'll do a few other casinos this fall. I'd rather see her at a casino than a shed.

Not as long as the shoes are fabulous.

I think Shoe Show, all I can think is Al Bundy and had this been real life, his shi* eatin' grin watching SN on stage. he may be a guy, but he'd gladly be a "Mister" of the Boob. lmao.

But how can you call the shoe show an "official tour date" if it's not really open to the public..

This reminds me of that 87th leg of the SYW tour in September 2004, which was all of four dates.

And mark my words... my feeling is that Stevie will be a surprise guest at the Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers benefit concert at the Ross School in East Hampton, NY on August 25th. I think the AC date is a "since I'm on the East Coast anyway, I might as well..." sorta thing. Just like we all need to get our "Nicks fix" fed, I'll bet she feels the need to get her "Petty fetish" fed too. This makes sense since Mama is obviously in the mood to rock!

I was out for a walk last week, and I saw some guy wearing Frankenboks walk right past me! Not orthopedic shoes, but spitting images of the ones Stevie used to wear! I did the least subtle double-take in human history, and almost said "what the hell are you thinking?"

Yea, my friends did say she did a hell of alot more kicks this night. I wonder what "alot" more is. I mean she is usually good for 1 or 2, but foes that mean like 5 or so? Still....the kicks in her plats again vs. the Frankenboks, I am all for it!

The woman who cut my hair today was wearing the exact kind of shoes Stevie wore at Cal Jam 2! What a weird week I've been having. At this rate, I'm going to piss off some chick and end up with a platform boot up my ass!

Now there is some serious Stevie kick ass action going on there.
Look at the focus/concentration on her face.

Kung Foo Stevie
