I think the guarantee is fair, and that way no one will be disappointed, as with "other" people who claim to offer stuff, then never send it, one of my new customers lost over $2,000 on one order with "BrandiBear"/"Designs by Bear".
That is shameful, if I ever don't fill orders in a time frame needed, I have always offered refunds, or a later arrival date, if the customer doesn't mind waiting a bit longer.
