Might seem dumb, but I tell you, I am wearing my new CV tour shirt like ALL the time. Between this shirt and a nice blouse Tiff gave me...I'm embarassed @ how many pics I have wearing the same thing lately. haha. This brown shirt, I swear to you, I could almost sacrifice all my other T's in it's place. Instead of getting more shirts this month like I thought, I might just have to get another of this one as I love it!
I love the pic, the color, and the softness of the cotten. Not as stiff as other concert shirts. It's not going to crack like some others, etc. Before this shirt, I'd say my most worn t was the 97 Rumours shirt. I like wearing it places cause it's an instantly recognized image and well I just love the Rumours cover. Years ago, I wore my OSOTM shirt w/ her hugging the tambo. It was XL and as a XL girl at the time, it was cool, comfy and again, a great shot of Stevie. It's as soft as this brown shirt is now, but due to years of wearing.

So what's your fav concert T? Do you buy them and wear them proudly? Are you one of those that see's them and thinks "cool, new nightgown?" Buy them to collect them only?

I like the black one with her face on it from this tour and also I stocked up on the others too. I used to wear all my Stevie tour shirts all the time, but now I dont want to ruin them at work.I killed my RAL,Tango and OSOTM tour shirts because I was wearing them every day,Now I miss them dearly.also now they are very expensive now to ruin. So I wear them now on Stevie tours and special occations only.

I had to laugh when I read this. I have the same shirt and I absolutely love it. I wear it, wash it and wear it again. My husband actually said to me the other day "I know that's not the only shirt you own"... It's so comfy and I love the color too...

My second favorite are the WH shirts. Same comfy material...

When I was 15 I bought the Rock a Little T-shirt and sweatshirt that said "Set your secrets free" beside a crystal ball. I wore that for a couple years ;-)

So I think it's a good thing that Kristin, Michelle & I live in diff states and/or cities so that we don't all show up @ the local grocery store @ the same time w/ a monumental fashion faux paux.
Glad to know it's not just me that can't get enough of this damn shirt. Heck for the $$$...it's about darned time.

I think I got the same one as you, with the tour dates on the back?

Yeah, I got the shirt and slipped it over my FM SYW shirt and wore it for the concert. I LOOOOOOOVE that shirt.

I haven't had the opportunity to buy any Stevie t-shirts at a concert :p but Betsy picked up one for me on Lindsey's tour in Denver :wavey: :xoxo: and Dee did the same in Australia :wavey: :xoxo: I have a few Elton John ones too, and a Dance one I bought on eBay but they all sit in a box of memorabilia and rarely see the light of day. Collecting only!!

Although it was great fun to wear the Lindsey one and remark on having Lindsey Buckingham on my chest. :o

I have not ordered any yet from Fan Fire, but want to. Does that brown "boots are back" shirt run a little small? That is what I heard, so might order that in a x-large instead of just large. Will probably order the black shirt too that has the photo of the CV front.

I don't want to go into details because I am giving him the benefit of the doubt, but someone said they were going to get me a hoody from the show and send it to me. Even paid my 40 bucks and the check was cashed, but no hoody yet :( Got a price break on the hoody because I sent him a DVD prior to the show, but still no hoody. I might just order another one and eat the 40 bucks. What a shame, I thought I could trust a fellow fan. I really don't know what happened.

So, considering I did not have a chance to go to any of the shows, I just might over spend a bit and get some comfy tees. Hell, I might order two of those brown comfy shirts.

To answer the question of the thread, my most worn shirt to date is my Dance Reunion shirt that is an x-large and quite comfy. Second most often worn shirt is my Gold Dust Tour black shirt that has the dove on the front.

I mostly wear them when going out to represent Stevie. Not all the time, but going to malls or out to eat sometimes. (gotta be careful not to spill food on my clutsy ass self). I try to be really careful about that kind of stuff so as to not ruin my Stevie/FM shirts.

I kind of rotate them out. SYW, Dance, Stevie solo, and LB solo for UTS.

I am debating between ordering the brown or black shirt from the tour...are both the same material and run about the same size? I usually hate ordering shirts online since they all run diff sizes!

Good question, Anita!

I think I love my OSOTM and RAL tshirts the most.
I do like a lot of the Enchanted ones, those are quite pretty, as well.
The new brown Leather & Lace 45 pic sleeve is neat, great Herbie shot.
All the new "beret" Herbie ones are beautiful, but I haven't bought one yet.
I used to have a red one, I think it was RAL, or it may have been OSOTM,
but I loved it because it was way cool, and RED, which they don't always offer...

Hi, Barb! Was it you that mentioned something somewhere in the internet-Stevie world about a fabric softener that was really great?? Could I get that name again? And, if I use it on some of my older concert shirts, do you happen to know if it fades the shirt or any of the graphics at all? And last dumb question -- Do you have to use it every time you wash a tee? Or is it more like a once and done thing. I have a virtual TON of concert shirts (LOL!) but my "Say you will" shirts are like cardboard!!

Thanks!!

I used to literally buy one of everything they sold for years at every Stevie or Mac show (thank gawd for Visa, but in the Wild Heart days they would only take CASH at the freaking souvenir stand! UG!). I have such a huge collection of FM/Stevie clothes, I've become more descriminating in my old age!

Favorite shirt I still wear a lot is my Wild Heart one because it fits perfectly and is so soft, but I'm wearing the new stuff too! (CV black shirt with moon; maroon shirt that just says CV; the pink one and the hoodie :))

I like the plain, understated tees the best, and always wear out any sweatshirts. I've retired my shirts from the 70s since a ton of them are iron-on decals that don't age that well. If we had this internet thing growing up, I would have been in HEAVEN!! :) :)

Good morning, and what a great memory you have, yes, I did post awhile back about a nice fabric softener.
It is called Milsoft, and it is a professional product for softening textiles.
Here is the link to buy it:

http://www.dharmatrading.com/html/eng/1884-AA.shtml

A great big gallon is under $20!
You can use it every "other" wash, or each time you wash.
Or you can try to use it, then see how many washes you can go and not lose the softness, before adding again?

Dharma Trading has awesome fabrics and dyes, and all things "fabric" related!

I love it when the design is really big.
Did you guys see the bootleg tees from the CV tour that were up on eBay?
They had basically the whole front and back covered with the designs.
I think I saved a pic of it if you didn't see, and want to.

I had a friend who airbrushed Stevie on two sweatshirts, and it is just her face and hair, and the design covers the whole front, even onto the sleeves, it is SOOO awesome. I wish they made designs like that!

Here is a pic of them, anyway, Kathy:

I did like the idea that they had Stevie AND Chris on there, and I
haven't seen any other Stevie tees with her and her opening act
or guest, etc, on the same shirt.
I wonder why the legal/official tour merchandisers never get together and design at least one with both artists?
So many people seem to have really enjoyed Chris Issac, I bet they would have had decent sales for those...

(...will do Barb and thanks again!)

As far as sizes for stuff.....

The sizes for the hoodie run HUGE in my opinion, and I'm a chronic complainer that they dont make anything anymore true to "XL" size. I'm a fan of big, comfy sweatshirts, usually ordering an XL, which ends up nice and big without me looking like I have someone else's clothes on. However the girl handed me an XL of the CV zip hoodie and it was so big, it actually looked like a XXXL (I kid you not). I ended up getting a L and it is plenty big (and a bit long), fitting in my opinion like a decent XL.

The "girls" shirts, alas, are cut for skinny girls or those who are not, um, well endowed. THey are so freakin cute, I managed to stretch some XLs out so I can stuff myself into them, but absolutely no dryer for these shirts - stretch when wet and hang dry!

The regular unisex tees looked pretty much true to size. I got the baseball shirt that says "Bella Donna" in large, and could probably have used an XL. It's plenty long, but not too wide (again the boob issue).

I"m not a big person, but I am big in the chest, LOL, hence my needing an extra dimention to these shirts that the guys don't have to worry about!

Hope this helps! :)
