Here is what I think Stevie’s set list could and should be. Keeping it down to 14 songs just the way Stevie has it now.

01) Whole Lotta Trouble
02) Dreams
03) If Anyone Falls
04) Blue Denim
05) Talk To Me
06) Rhiannon

Acoustic Set
07) Its Only Love
08) Leather and Lace (with the girls)
09) Landslide

10) How Still My Love
11) Stand Back
12) Edge Of Seventeen

Encores:
13) Fall From Grace
14) Beauty and the Beast

I know the fans are split on ‘Whole Lotta Trouble’, some hate it some love it. Personally, I love it. Stevie even mentions during the commentary that she should bring this back in the set. Imagine the beginning bass intro part extended … “dew dew dew, dew, dew-dew, dew, dew-dew – snap, snap, snap, snap; “dew dew dew, dew, dew-dew, dew, dew-dew – snap, snap” … then the horns come in … yes, this would be an excellent opener.

While ‘Stand Back’ certainly makes for an exciting opener, I think the song should be saved towards the end to really get the crowd going before the finale that is “Edge of Seventeen”, in the same vein on the Say You Will tour that you had “Tusk” and “Stand Back” before “Go Your Own Way.” That was an excellent power set of songs that got everyone rallied up. The same could be for Stevie, SB, EOS and come back with an encore of “Fall From Grace.” Personally I think the song has been misplaced in her set every time she has performed it. It’s definitely an encore song in my opinion.

And for some shows Stevie could mix it up a little by performing some different songs for various cities. Every now and then she could do “Angel” (hey she did it on both the BD and WH tours) instead of Blue Denim, “Rock and Roll” instead of Fall From Grace, “Has Anyone Ever …” instead of Beauty and the Beast and in Canada, “Love Is” instead of BATB.

Just my two cents ...

I love the idea of WLT as an opener! (even if the horns are synthesized). :)
