Wow! Excellent work. I didn't mean anything disrespectful by it, it just seemed really random thing to see on a blog. LOL!

I think the reason this struck me the way it did was because (and I am so ashamed to admit this) back in the 90's I used to see this artist in a local mall who would draw your pic and if you brought a pic of a celebrity he would add them to the pic so you could have a really nice drawing of you with your favorite star. Well, this was during Stevie's pleasantly plump phase and I was going to have him take the I Can't Wait single cover (with her singing into the square microphone) and have him draw me and Stevie eating Twinkies together.

I can't believe I just admitted that. I used to make all these jokes about Stevie's weight back then, and then when I saw her talking about it on the Behind the Music special and how much people's jokes about her weight hurt her I got really upset. I just felt terrible. Not like she'd ever heard me, but still.

Oh, and before anyone gets on me about making fun of fat people, I'm 5'8" and 220. I'm fat. I'm allowed to. :P

I love Johanna. I'd love her even more if she'd leave out all the damn dolphins and wolves and ****.

Johanna did the artwork for the Blackmore Night album "Shadows of the Moon", so she has my respect.

Johanna's art is really wonderful, and a lovely seller to deal with as well.

This is what I ended up doing with my print! You can see it on her testimonials page.
