Stevie does have a heart of gold to take time out of her busy schedule to visit these guys. Especially with no hyped press or anything like that. She just does it to support our troops. You Go Girl !!

The fabulous Stevie Nicks paid another visit to the Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, D.C. on Monday. The Fleetwood Mac legend spent time with wounded soldiers and gave them iPods. Rock on!

I know. Lately, after seeing her in so many interviews I've been thinking, she doesn't even need retouching these days. But I'm sure any new pics we may see will be photoshopped to hell.

Yeah, true story. I'm sure she is Restalyned, Botoxed, Thermaged and god knows what else within an inch of her life. But I don't give a rip. Its working.
