I was listening to timespace today and it sounded like to me like at least those tracks alone might have been. I was just wondering about the original
solo albums. The volume level on timespace is much more than on the other cd's including enchanted. Just wondering...

They were only 'mastered' when they made their first appearance on the compact disc media, but none of her albums have been subsequently 'remastered' (Minus the MFSL version of "Bella Donna" - You can read about MFSL at the following link http://ledge.fleetwoodmac.net/showthread.php?t=31702 Post #2)

Hopefully that will change very soon.

The tracks on Timespace were not only remastered, but remixed as well. The change in the remixes is subtle, but you can hear it if you listen side by side. For instance in "Leather & Lace" on TS you can hear the click of the drumbeat. The most glaring thing for me though is on "Stand Back" there's a cymbal crash at about 1:48 that is missing. It's just after she's singing "No man called my name, no man came..."

Hopefully soon her catalog will get the remastered overhaul.

isn't Edge a bit different on Timespace as well?

you can hear the "Ahhh" part at the very beginning, just like you can if you listen closely to Bootylicious. but I don't think that's in the original mix.

Yes, that's true. I forgot about Edge. It's funny because I just made an MP3 disc of Stevie's albums from "Buckingham Nicks" thru "TISL" and used EOS from Timespace because it's potted up louder. While listening to the track after putting the disc together I noticed the "ahhhhhhh" at the very beginning, something you don't hear on "Bella Donna".
