People leave all the time. Some are gone for good, others just take a few weeks or a few months as a breather and then return.

Oh - I looked in the member's list and didn't see his account...oh well - you can't delete an account on your own -that's true, but I was under the impression he'd asked Marty or Lis to delete it or something :shrug:

Anyway...sometimes ya just gotta take a break from this place. I've had to take a couple - otherwise I would have ended up banned due to a high annoyance level that would lead to me saying nasty things. So to avoid that I take the occassional Ledge break...but I always seem to make me way back.

yep, miss him alot. His and Setecas posts were nearly always interesting (some of the guitar stuff was way over my head..C -rooted whatever Seteca used to say:laugh: ) but they were always knowledgeable.
Guess a ledgie has a lifespan and theyv'e both gone onto other things.

Thanks also for the nice comments, I figured no one would notice.


I quit the joint due to many things going on in my life at the time. Principally work/music based (same thing back then). Plus I had run out of juice in terms of my contributions here. I think that mega LB thread was the last I had in the tank at the time. I always tried to contribute something of substance and when I couldn't it was time to hit the bricks.

I think as well there was a shift in behaviour on the boards that is still to a degree present with regards to perhaps personal issues/attacks taking over what is really a Fleetwood Mac based site in principle. I'm not standing here in judgement at all, I just got tired of sifting through the triviality looking for the stimulating threads. I was wasting my own time basically.

I do still browse the LB and Green forums here from time to time. Who knows, I might post again if Gerald comes up with a suitably good thread on LB that I would be compelled to attack! :lol: :D
