but i haven't eaten a banana in a long time b/c bananas are very high on the glycemic index.

My refridgerator light went out. :confused: I've never, ever seen that happen. I've been with the fridge for 7 years. Luckily, there is no food in it now, nevertheless it is unsettling...BANANAS, if you will.
