She looked gorgeous! Loved the hair, the outfit, the boots... the SMILE! :D
Her vocal was a little ragged (maybe too much partying last night? ;) ), but she did do a few different things with the melody and she looked to be having a fantastic time.

she sounded great but she looked totally nervous at the very beginning. Maybe some technical glitch? She looked good but I think she should have gone with the longer skirt. More slimming.

Was the wavy hair on purpose or because of the humidity? It looked a bit frizzy. I liked the shorter skirt... looked great with the boots! The performance was OK... she looked like a deer in headlights at the beginning of the song though.

something that appears triangular, almost like an arrowhead shape pendant dangling from her necklace, but the camera's brightness drowns out the visual.

I caught it live at my in-laws' house. We were all going nuts, ESPECIALLY when towards the end of the song a couple people in the audience held up Charger hats!! (The Chargers are my team :) ) Seeing Stevie and a Charger logo on the same screen was something I thought I'd never see in my lifetime! :D I taped it so I'm going to still-pause it and take a picture of it so I can use it for a desktop or something. :p

http://blogs.orlandosentinel.com/community_windermere_blog/2007/02/50_is_the_new_4.html
My first reaction to the Sentinel article What's Fun About Being 50 is that people need an attitude adjustment when it comes to aging. Haven't they heard--"50 is the New 40."
I even wrote an article about it called, "If 50 is the New 40, Then 30 is the New 20" about the many ways our culture is growing younger--not just in body but in thought. People, for the most part, are acting younger and living longer these days. So the idea that 50 can be counted as a "senior" is ridiculous.
I mean, did anybody notice how young and sexy Stevie Nicks looked yesterday on one of the pre-Super Bowl shows? And she's 58.

I agree. I almost wich she had worn the studded pants. Of course, that would have meant no hot boots, so never mind.
All & all (all in all?) a decent performance. Not spectacular, not sucky. I thought she sounded a bit flat, but it could have very well been the sound quality, which obviously sucked. Probably sounded way better live. I'm glad she got some exposure on national TV right before the most watched event of the year.

As for her looking tired, this concert was shot in direct sunlight and not the controlled stage lighting we are used to. Anyone who has ever been on a stage will tell you lighting is EVERYTHING!!!!!

I COMPLETELY AGREE! I liked the outifit but I think it was a poor choice for a TV broadcast where the camera adds 10 lbs anyway. That skirt made her look much heavier than she really is.

AND ANOTHER THING  ---- if you are doing a direct sunlight day shot and you are whiter than a ghost, black may not be your best choice  Personally, I thinkt he red and black snake skin pants in the Bottylicious video coupled with boots and a Rhiannon top would have kicked a$$.

I COMPLETELY AGREE! I don't really like the style...personally...a little too uptight with the button up jacket IMO. I would have preferred she wear one of her bustier boobtrays. While I appreciate viewing her boots at length, I think a longer skirt would not have emphasized her hips to such degree...and the foot forward stance made it a bit worse. One thing I absolutely loved, was that look after the subdued twirls. One thing I absolutely missed was the ending punch-out.

The whole thing was a bit misconceived...
She seemed somehow uncomfortable up there and it showed.
Even though..she looked fine to me...the Black outfit in the daytime washed her out. There was no color at all from anyone on stage with her..it was just kind of a cold vibe up there. Outfit was fine..not flattering. Her voice..that's what she sounds like folks.
All in all..it was fine..not bad..not great.
