Maybe I'm the crazy one, but this video absolutely infuriates me. I wish I could beat the sh*t out of the c**t who did this to her cat. We need to have these machines banned EVERYWHERE!!!!

Seriously. It's cruel...and I agree that those things SHOULD be outlawed. How horrid.

On a completely unrelated topic - and since it's so popular these days to hijack...I LOVE your sig :D

I won't watch it. I can tell by the responses I won't like it. It's not a good idea to be mean to fluffs. The Karma debt is SUPER high on those people. (okay I had to see.....    ) Now I am pissy. That sucks!

Yeah, I didn't watch on purpose. Every time an animal is harmed, I die a little more inside. 10 times worse if it is a kitty.
Not to be overdramatic...

This really just doesn't bother me that much. It's not like there's a spin cycle or anything. (washin' the dog, washin' the dog!!) Reading the comments, I was waiting for like, a cat beating or something. And all I got was a lousy bath.

I mean, yeah, the cat is pissed, but all cats get pissed when bath time rolls around, even at home. (Well, except my sister's cat, Max. Max tries to get in the shower with you.) I don't think I'd opt to put my animal in the pet spa, but if administering a bath myself wasn't an option (like say, for the elderly), then i'd take the pet spa over a smelly cat, anyday. cuz man, they can stink.

Anyway.. I can't believe they used Under the Sea. Cheese. E.

The cat doesn't look pissed. It looks absolutely terrified, and I'm shocked that you can't see the difference. I mean, the poor thing has been shoved inside of a glass box and has jets of water shooting at it from all sorts of directions and has no way of knowing that the water will simply drain away and not actually drown it. Now, to a human, that might just be what we call a shower, but cats have no concept of that.

Bathing a cat at home is not the same thing. Yes, they hate it. Yes, they still get frightened, but it's not the same sort of desperate terror that this cat displayed - banging itself against the glass and leaving the very real potential for self-inflicted injuries.

Most cats are quite adept at bathing themselves. If, however, a cat owner finds that their pet is in need of better hygiene, they should hire a professional groomer to do the job and not inflict such horrible cruelty on their pet.

^ ITA...and the stupid owner is standing there and watching:( I'm telling you, the cruelty that is being done to animals. People are putting their cats in dishwashers, microwaves, you want to hear something? A friend of mine told me that a man in her town(recently) burried a cat halfway in the ground and went over it with a lawnmower...how can people do this :(

The cat is freaking out because it's getting wet. Not because people are torturing it. Granted, it's a stupid idea to create such a device, but it's apparent the cat wasn't harmed.

the cat was terrified. the entire thing was unnecessary. cats don't even need to be bathed to begin with. frankly, i'm shocked that any rational person can look at this and not be horrified. seriously.

the cat was terrified.

Exactly...you can tell the cat is just scared out of its mind, it can't escape but is trying and just freaking out. That's what makes this cruel.

Now I'm not a huge cat fan, once in a while I enjoy a little mean cat humor (if the cat isn't hurt) this cat looked like it was being hurt mentally and I can't get behind that :distress:

I fought with myself because i knew thats when they needed someone on their side the most. I just couldnt do it :distress: so now it feels right  of course this weekend was supposed to be my first weekend, but im laid up in bed popping meds like its candy
