I think Stand Back, vocally, is the best performance. She actually goes for the street angel style vocals for "Welllll you could be standin in a lineeeee". I also liked that she went high on taaaaaaaaaaake me hooome and it sounded like Sharon and Jana dulled down. On some performances of the GD tour they drowned her out, compeltely. Rhiannon is very good, same with OTR.

Thanks Jazzy, and Barbara - Stand Back has a quality more like the recorded one than usual, or something, to me. Did I make that up? It sounds very extra good, more sultry and less rhythmically abrupt than usual. :confused: That is why I still like the original so much, it is more hypnotic and sultry. I've heard a lot of people say they only like it live now.

Her voice is getting better. I swear it.

Rhiannon was great, there was variance. I would've liked to hear her pick a different note for the "all the same"s, that was a little clunky-flat-heavy, but otherwise - delectable.

I wasn't saying Rhiannon was the best on this video in particular, but that it's the best performance of Rhiannon I've seen over the past couple of years.

I agree. SB is the best on this video. she actually goes for those notes and soars. I also love the fact that she twirled without a shawl. that.rocks.

She also goes high for the gibberish at the end of OTR. :cool: For a while there I feared that she had backed off of doing that forever...

I think this is probably the Stevie we get when she is not under tour pressure, i.e., she's not holding back as much. So I am assuming that this Friday night Stevie is going all out balls-to-the-wall! :lol:

It's a complete perf. 21 minutes long. I guess the original file could be put onto a DVD, yeah. It's a .wmv.

This file probably doesn't deserve to be put on dvd Brian, the quality of the picture and sound aren't really that great. The video has been compressed down so much it's pretty much unwatchable unless you shrink it down to the size of a postage stamp, then you can make out what Stevie's doing. The file size is 6,500mb which is small for a 22 minute video. If you find the original video file that hasn't been compressed - that might work.
