Not only is that not a confirmation (the link) but it doesn't not read, "Lindsay Lohan to star as Stevie Nicks."

It reads, "Lindsay Lohan to Star as Stevie Nicks?" That one bit of puncuation at the end of the sentence makes a world of difference. And yeah - until we hear from an official source - it's all rumour.

I think it's fun to watch these conversations take various twists and turns.

There's a message board I visit (it discusses all things related to 'Phantom of the Opera') and they are MILITANT about threads staying on topic, to the point that they remove (without notice) any post that strays from the main conversation.
They also delete any thread topic that has already been discussed in the past.

i don't get bothered when people go off topic. it's just that.. the topic title says BIG NEWS regarding 2007 & 2008. naturally, i get a little stoked thinking there's some relevant new info on the electric album or tour. but it's all just hear-say about something that would probably appeal more to stevie fans. or lindsey lohan fans, assuming there is at least one.

this whole quote makes the post totally irrelevant. you just post what you want to hear. So the messenger in this case is not a messenger but a MESSenger. lindsey already said that he wanted to tour with FM in 08, Mick also has said before that they could mix FM and LB/SN material for next tour.

There's only ONE fact:
Lindsey is VERY proud of UTS, and therefore, he postponed the next recordingsessions to tour extra for UTS and he's having a blast, while he gets tons of critical acclaim.

So stop posting rubbishnonnews. That film is just bull too. I'm sure lindsey DOESN'T want to put more oil on the FM-soapdrama-fire. It's just very unexciting, if true at all.
