Alright, my first review of my first ever Lindsey concert! Well it was freezing outside i can tell you that, but worth the wait. Once we got inside we were shocked to see just how close orchestra row 2 was to the stage... Very close.

It rocked, i noticed Kristen before the show sitting on the right side of the stage ready to snap some photos (we were on the left side, my parents and i seats 18,19, and 20) and after Not Too Late she moved literally feet from us. The setlist was pretty much the same, which is fine by me. It was so wierd though right when i could see lindsey coming through all the fog (the fog machines were rampant before the show), i got the strangest feeling and seriously thought i might have a heart attack.
I didnt see too many other younger kids there which was to be expected. I was in a green coat with a tall man and a short woman for anyone else who was there. it was funny too, while i was sitting there i kept wondering how many of the people were ledgies! and if i had seen any.

My favs were I know I'm not wrong, second hand news, world turning, holiday road, and bleed to love her. None of us were displeased whatsoever it was the perfect concert. Although, right during one of my absolute favs, under the skin, a fight broke out amongst a guy wearing no shirt and another guy. Everyone seemed to be very distracted by it although the entire band was oblivious! Kristin looked as though she was in shock as these two guys and security are duking it out. needless to say it really pissed me off! And it was so wierd none of the band even noticed.
one cool thing that happened was that during show you how i was standing and swaying to the song when i look over and see my mom TALKING TO KRISTEN. holy crap! Apparently my mom was asking if he gave autographs after shows and if there was any possibility he could autograph my under the skin i had brought. she politely said no and my mom came back. i was completely dumbfounded but told her after the show she was the coolest mom i knew! She talked to lindseys wife!!

It was funny during his cast away dreams speech about how they got into a fight and he said, and i paraphrase, "Well as i thought about it i knew that uh, she was uh," and some guy yells out, "right?" and he started laughing kind of like, yes! married men unite!

During GYOW I ALMOST ALMOST ALMOST touched the guitar. I was no more than five feet from him but unless i was going to jump onto some people i stayed put. that would have called for an akward rest of the concert!
So anyways it rocked, he played the usual 2 encores Save me a place and bleed to love her, both of which were beautiful. Ill try and post some pics ASAP!

Alright, my first review of my first ever Lindsey concert! wow...josh...sounds like you had a great time...thanks for letting us know the details and what you especially liked about the show. :cool: When he comes next year, you can try for the guitar again.

Thanks so much! i had been looking foreward to you commenting. and btw yes i passed my drive test with a 92, so ill be driving by the end of the month (im still fifteen for about two weeks but i was able to test up to a month early)

But yeah the show was amazing and hopefully he is back next year! Thanks so much for your posts!

oh, it was nuts. They had to have been drunk (there was a place to get drinks which was heavily poulated). And during Under the Skin!! Everyone seemed to be completely involve in the fight except for the band thank goodness! Of all concerts to have a brawl at, they pick Lindsey Buckingham. Very classy :cool: .

Thanks! Bleed To Love Her is like my dad's fav song so we had to get part of it. We werent sure if Kristen was going to get mad cuz she was right there, but the man sitting literally inches from her had his giant camera out and she didnt give him a second glance so we got ours out!

He had absolutely no clue that anything was wrong, he just stared straight ahead either oblivious or ignoring it, but the whole band played around with eachother making me think they didnt know. He was paying to the calm side of the room so maybe he was just ignoring it. Kristen looked like she was going to crap a brick. It was just incredibly rude. finally one guy left and mr. shirtless sat back down and everything resumed.

I went... Excellent show... Very impressed, and the sound was phenominal in that place. I love the smaller venues. My brother and I had perfect seats - 10th row centre orchestra - didn't have to move our heads what so ever.

That fight WAS a little surprising. Apparently what happened, we found out by over hearing someone talking about it after the show, was that the guy (with no shirt) told the other guy to shut the **** up. I guess he was talking the whole time they were playing... He started off with a shirt on, but the guy he was telling to shut up attacked him or punched him or something and the fight began... During the brawl down the aisle, he had his shirt ripped off.. It was totally distracting and I thought for a minute it was going to continue for awhile cause there were no big security guys around right then and there - all the ushers were women that I could see and considerably smaller... but shortly after some guys appeared and took care of the situation. So it was a moment during a rather mellow song - which was weird... but we all went back enjoying the show...

Kirsten sat on both sides of the stage switching from one to the other about half way though... She was taking alot of pics.

I thought there was a good mix of ages at the show - kinda looked like a FM crowd from 20 years old up to 50-60. I think the kid sitting next to me couldn't have been more then 12 years old. I think he was with his mother - who was totally into the show.

Pretty sure I spotted Pattie and possible Christy too. They were sitting together down front until the show started then Pattie took her seat a few rows behind - if that was her. I didn't talk to either though.

Very good show... Crowd was really into it - and loud - which the band seemed to recognize. It looked to be almost sold out.. I couldnt see the 3rd balcony to see if there was anyone up there so not sure.

Brett thanked Lindsey for bringing them out on the road with him during the intros... Lindsey said more dates to follow after the first of the year, he wants to tour behind this record as much as possible...

Yes, that was me and Christy. I am sorry that we did not get to meet. I did get a few photos and a few clips of ISA. When security left my area to take care of that fight I took my camera out. However, I had a sort of an incident with some rude, nasty man sitting in back of me who tapped me and said" light bother me, take picture and be done with it". I told him that he better not even touch me again. He was one rude MF let me tell you. I really did not want to make a big deal about it because I was afraid that I would have only had my camera taken away and I really did not want to get into any trouble in Canada since I had such a hard time getting in.:distress:
Anyway it was a great show and I have heard that Lindsey will be doing another leg of the tour mid January and that there are going to be some Texas dates. That is all that I know.

I was thinking the same thing about all the pictures, she was snapping many. Thanks for the info about the fight, and no shirtless had far from a good build... luckily i was somewhat far away! I would say it was managed fairly fast, im just sorry it happened when it did.
