Where I live which is about 100 miles south of Minneapolis in Austin Mn, we get some syndicated radio talk shows on the local stations. SO anyway, and for the life of me I didnt recognize the guy, but he was obviously a Limbaugh wanna--be. SO this caller gets on and proceeds to launch himself back into the 19th century with the following comment: " I don't know about you, but I sure as hell aint ready for a BROADto lead the house!!!! I almost drove right off the road! Here's the real rub. The host didnt really comment on that particular statement the caller made, but the mere fact he didnt immideately cut the caveman off pissed me off!

I'm not surprised at all. I've followed the pre-election talk and activity very closely and ignorance continues to be at an all-time high. Racist ads in Tennessee, gay bashing by a desperate President and incumbent Republicans who can't run on the issues, using "San Francisco values" as a boogeyman.
Just take a deep breath and let it go, David. In less than two days, that broad is going to be the Speaker-elect.

I've voted for people from both parties,(Not Bush) and I believe that everyone should be heard. That's over the line though, to say the least!

"SF values" is so rediculous. When NP is speaker, whoa. You know some R-W pundit made fun of her facelift? I mean, these people are just retarded. They just don't even use their heads, they can't debate their way out of a paper back. They just bully bully bully.

You crack my ass up. My Dad used to use that word all the time.
Whenever he saw some cheap looking girl, he would call her a "chippy bitch."
Or my other favorite "Swaybacked Strumpet."

Iused chippy the other day! I usually call the cheap ones brazen hussies. :D Trollup is good too.
I've been calling everyone a whore lately. In good and bad ways.
Someone cuts me off on the street: "You whore!"
I walk into a party: "What's up, whores?"
To Carrie, any time really: "Wow, your mom's a total whore."

Strumpet!!! LOVE it..
But in terms of those words, I prefer Harlot. Or slag. Or Jezebel...actually I never use that one, but I find it highly amusing...perhaps I should start using it

Slunt. Nice.
Sometimes I like to experiment with the pronunciation of whore. I enjoy Ho-Ahr. Like a New Yawk accent, maybe a bit of Boston tossed in.
Actually, I try to say it like Lorraine Bracco in Goodfellas, in the scene where she shows up at her husband's mistress's apartment building & keeps hitting buttons on the intercom to tell everyone in the building about her:
"Hello, is this the superintendant? Yes, I just wanted you to know, sir, that you have a HO-AHR living in 2R. Rossi, Janice Rossi." "You are nothing but a HO-AHR! He's my husband! GET YOUR OWN GOD-DAMN MAN!!!!"

A lot of people who say that about a woman president. Maybe they wouldnt use the word "broad" but... Arent there bigger issues in the world to be pissed about than some guy's machismo?

"What in the Wide Wide World of Sports..."
Of course there's the ol' lady saying to the sheriff "Up yours N***a"
Or Mel Brooks as an Indian Chief: "They blacker than us"
Kinda cool that the late great Richard Pryor was one of the co-writers for Blazing Saddles. Richard wrote plenty but his favorite character was "Mongo" (He never saw the movie as racist or "PC").
