So I cosulted another Ledgie...and hopefully this isn't too creepy - but I got the idea to post pics of where you sleep...

Your bedroom
Your bed
Your couch....whatever....

the books on the little shelf are not all my books - that's where I keep the small paperbacks..the light reading if you will :D

And yes that IS a teddy bear AND a monky on my bed :laugh: Those are the remnants of my childhood -and those were my two absolute favorite stuffed animals - I just can't part with them :o

Deanna, I love that comforter. We are getting ready to throw some paint up soon. I am going to use a dark-ish brown in the bedroom because the room is really big and can handle it, I think.

I like the windows as well, my bedroom has only one and it's in a corner with a huge bush in front of it - it's SO dark in there, that part I do not like.

it was incredibly comfortable. unfortunately, down comforters are one of those things you should not go cheap on and it did not last long. about a week after i bought it, all the seaming came undone, and the down just went to the edges. i still used it for quite a while afterward, but it wasn't the same. i want a new one. :mad: :laugh:

Deanna- the mirror belonged to my husband's grandmother- my room actually is filled with hand-me-down antiques, which I love.

Carrie- the bed came from my step-son's GREAT grandfather on his mother's side (I know, crazy).

My comforter is down also- I love it.

LOL, the pillowcovers? They're floral. The fairy thing you're seeing is actually the pillow itself... It's mine from when I was a baby, and has bright coloured balloons on it. :lol:

Yeah, you can't even see the half of it. I'm not even going to mention the crap that's under the bed, in the drawers, and in the closet.

I guess the decorative theme of my room is "Victoria has way too much stuff and not enough space."

Also that big brown wooden case on my dresser is full of nothing but Fleetwood Mac and solo cds, books, and DVDs. I'm slightly obsessive. :laugh:

My room is freaking tiny. It's maybe 12' x 12'.

And yes, as listed above, there's plenty of Lindsey solo. :)

EDIT: Actually the room is 9 x 9. Even smaller than I thought. :laugh:

Well, the 23 posters includes my mac stuff, Egan stuff, Petty stuff, two movie posters (Gladiator and Shrek 2) and a poster each of Bob Seger, The Pretenders, and Thirty Odd Foot of Grunts (Russell Crowe's former band). But most of it's FM.

on a waterbed next to a monstrosity of a stereo system (My stereo is about 2 feet wide and 3 feet tall-Consisting of 3 JVC cd players, a TEAC cassette deck and a TDK burner. The speakers pump out a minimum 360W but I'm sure I squeeze about 550W when I want the house & windows to rumble.)

Basically about 5-7 cats a night also sleep on the bed, so Deb & myself tell people we both sleep nightly with a few males & females (Hehehe-And the sad-sacks believe it in the sexual sense, until we tell 'em those males/females are in fact our cats.)

Yeah, I slept with two males last night. Well... they slept anyway. I couldn't get comfortable because everytime I tried to move they'd get upset.

Question though - the fabric on your bedspread -does it stay put in the night, or does it constantly slide around and fall off? I've always been curious about those types of bed spreads...

Yes, it's a cellophane promo that they have in light boxes at music stores. My friend Tracy is friends with someone who was a manager at FYI and she got it for me. I had to build my own lighted box frame, but it wasn't hard at all. Here is a better photo of it:

Well, I had a flu shot yesterday, and I'm running a bit of a fever today. Plus I'm just achey. (is that how you spell it???) Hopefully I'll feel better tomorrow, because I'm gonna call in anyway... Sara's out of school, and the weather's going to be fabulous.

Well, I had a flu shot yesterday, and I'm running a bit of a fever today. Plus I'm just achey. (is that how you spell it???) Hopefully I'll feel better tomorrow, because I'm gonna call in anyway... Sara's out of school, and the weather's going to be fabulous.

Right on...glad it's nothing too serious...feel better so you can enjoy tomorrow!

I also have tomorrow off - as well as Monday (for Lindsey's concert) and I'm looking forward to my long weekend!
