How familiar are y'all with Buffalo, NY?

Hey everyone!

So in planning my trip to Denver tonight, I've discovered a *huge* problem: the local bus I thought ran early enough to get me to my flight from near the Greyhound station...well, doesn't. It doesn't start until after 5am and I need to be *at* the airport for around 5...

Does anyone, anyone, *anyone* know *anything* of a bus that could get me there by 5-5:30am, given that I can get to the Buffalo Greyhound station no earlier than 10:30pm, Sunday the 12th? I could take a cab, I know, but the thing is, I really don't have $30 to spare (this is my 7th Lindsey show in the space of a month...yah...my money's up, by this point, hehe) and that's how much the cab cost me the last time I had to do that. Coming home doesn't seem to be an issue, but getting there certainly does! I don't want to have to cancel the whole trip based on this stupid complication, but at the moment that looks likely... :distress: Let me know if you know of anything!

Sorry I'm so late responding to the thread. I'm really confused about your question - are you coming from Toronto to Buffalo, then flying to Denver?

So your Toronto to Buffalo bus trip is all set, but you need a way to get from the bus station to the airport? Do I have that right, or no? :shrug:

Sorry, I was a little upset when I wrote that, LOL, didn't fully clarify! Yes, you have that right.

Basically, it's WAY cheaper to fly out of Buffalo than out of Toronto, so I'm coming to Buffalo by Greyhound, then flying out of Buffalo to Denver. The only problem is the Greyhound station is about 25 minutes from the airport or so, I think that's how long it took when I did it for Nashville... And the cab is crazy expensive. Buses seem to stop running too early and pick back up again too late for me to get to my flight (which would be at 7am) on time, so..!

I haven't booked the actual flight yet, even...I'm still weighing out all the financials. I wasn't planning on doing another show, and money-wise, it's not a good idea LOL...but now I've got my heart set on it..! :)

^ I just checked the bus schedule, and unfortunately I don't see an early enough bus. :sorry: Our stupid Metro Rail train doesn't even go to the airport (don't get me started) so you will probably have to cab it. That, or get to Buffalo the night before, take the bus to the airport at 6pm & hang in the airport all night. :(
