In the thread about Stevie's HS reunion, a couple of people mentioned her using La Mer....Does anyone have any more info on this? Is there a web site or anything for it? I'm assuming that at some point, Stevie mentioned that she uses the product  Just curious...I'm sure it's unbelievably expensive ;)

And judging by not only Stevie, but the Ledgies who use it and post pictures..that stuff is amazing. I can't afford it - although when they broke down the cost in a recent Glamour magazine it's something like $0.80 a day (they say it lasts up to a year?)...which I'm pretty sure I spend on other things

Lots of stars use it. They swear by it. I've never tried it because I have oily skin to begin with and have to be really careful with the type of mosturizers I use. But a friend got some a month ago and within a week she said she could tell a difference in her skin. In her words, "it rocks" and is "worth every penny." Looking at Stevie up-close as I did in Charlotte last year, I can't disagree!

Thanks, everybody! Now I just have to decide whether I'm worth the money;) I'm only a couple of years younger than Stevie and she sure could be a walking ad for the product. Do you think if i use it I could look like her in two weeks?:D

OK--I did it. I ordered the creme de la mer and the hand treatment. Now I can't wait to use it! :]
Thanks for the help, fellow Ledgies--:wavey:
