last night i was lucky enough to attend the preview screening of the movie, and omg! i can't remember the last time i laughed so hard.
well you know me, i got there flyin' on a space cake's wings, but it wasn't only me, the entire audience was so loudly laughing and clapping, that at times it was difficult to hear the sonundtrack, i can't remember ever seeing such a response in a movie.
basically there's nothing new, the same old borat schticks, but this time it's just longer, funnier, and even less politically correct.
the only two downsides were that a few scenes felt a little recycled (the etiquette school is a 3rd timer), and for me, the fact that instead of speaking Kazakh, borat actually speaks hebrew, was a major authenticity-breaker. other than that, it's the best movie i've seen in the last few years.

haha...yeah the preview looks great. Especially him going out for "sunbathing"
I saw it last weekend. Wow. It was completely hilarious. There wasn't a moment of silence in the theater.
And that hotel wrestling scene...

I've heard lots of people say this is a great movie.
there are lots of government folks from my state in segments of this movie (who didn't read the damn releases they were signing). in fact, our big news channel did a piece with him (of course thinking it was legit) and when this all turned up, lots of people got fired.

i'm surprised he can get away with it still. ali g has been so famous and recognisable for many years now it seems impossible that people will still fall for it and that not a single person in their staff has heard of this guy. borat isn't as famous yet but only by a small amount. I don't think he could walk up to a person here in australia or new zealand as any character and not be asked for an autograph.

I saw it Yesterday. The Scene with Borat and his producer where Borat catches him Jacking off to Pamela Anderson and what happens after that might be the singe funniest scene I've seen in ANY movies.

I went to see it on its opening night here. I wasn't too keen since I'm not a fan of Ali G but we had nothing better to do, so I didn't complain. I don't think I stopped laughing the entire time. I was very pleasantly suprised. The funniest movie I've seen in the cinema since Anchorman.

Yup, Ben Stiller. Right before the big "Newscrew Face-off" which has got to be one of the most random, unexpected and best scenes in a movie
