OK, I got to the venue about half way though the show. Traffic was a bitch. I walked down to my second row seat in front of LB and felt like an idiot. :sorry:
Camera nazis were in full force at this venue. Most of the people just sat in their seats.

Here are a few of what I was able to get. All photos are (C) [email protected]

great pics, Pattie!!

How can you stand getting to the shows so late??

Great pics, Pattie! You definitely had a much better seat than in NY! If I ever get a chance to see LB again solo, I'm going to make sure my seat is either more toward the middle of the stage or on the left side (facing the stage). It looks like an entirely different show from that point of view!

Did he sign anything in Boston?

Be careful though b/c in NY I sat in row 2; dead center, but Neal blocked Taku, during the entire show, even when everyone finally stood up at the end. I'm not complaining but if I had known this I would have tried for a seat a bit more to the left, as well. I'm pretty tall, so it was definitely the venue/stage arrangement. LB also seemed to look at & pay a lot of attention to the seats to the left and right of him and when he looked into the center he seemed to look up at the balcolny.

Thanks for sharing these photos, Patti, they are very good - I really love to see the whole band.

Nope. He didn't sign anything which ticked me off as I had been holding up my sign with my Buckingham Nicks LP for a while. I followed around to the back alley where he came out and he just drove on by in the security vehicle. Oh well at least I got one of requests played (Down on Rodeo). The show was really good but everyone was sitting which annoyed me but what can you do?

I was 2 seats to the right of you in Row 2 .... and I could see Taku and Neal perfectly! Not bragging here or anything, lol, just sayin'. :) I think it's all about the angles .....

Great pics, Pattie!

I honestly do not think he is going to sign anything anymore. :distress: He left the stage immediately after the bow/encore at all the shows I attended. I think being around Stevie on the SYW tour rubbed off on him...:p

i'm fairly certain there's something behind the wooden box and his legs are over top of it -- if not, then the wooden box is longer than i think it is. Lindsey always makes the speech when he's introducing the band about how Taku was a bit apprehensive about playing a drumkit -- the wooden box? part of that kit used during world turning.

Taku's "box" is whats called a Cajon (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cajon). Taku was apprehensive about playing kit drums, as hes a precussionist, who typically don't use kit drums. Its like asking a guitar player to play bass. Sure, they could probably figure it out quickly, but they won't be as good as they are on guitar unless they learned bass, too.

It sounded great. This is the "giant cutting board" I referred to in the other Boston thread. It was pretty fascinating to watch him take something so benign in appearance and make it throb. Wrong verb choice?
