Who is going to NYC and what seats did you get?

I am sorry if this is covered somewhere else, but I was in Europe all last week and I am out of the loop now! Who is going to the NYC show and what seats did you get? I only had a few minutes to try and get tix in the pre-sale before my plane left. :(

Cool! I just came back from the UK (and other countries)!! The pre-sale began the day I left so I didn't have enough time to properly search for tickets. I am still on the lookout, though.

I was told LB was doing another show on the 11th at Town Hall and I see Taku also has it on his calender. I hope the presale starts for that one soon! Livenation better drop some decent seats in for our presales. We got nothing compared to shows like San Fran and Vancouver.

goldie, i just got row L the other day. what sucks is that they don't tell you what seat it is until you purchase. this is completely wrong, imo, because you should know exactly what seat you're getting. anyway, the section is the farthest left of the stage. oh well. i've been in better seats in years past, paying scalpers.

if i had waited and knew i'd have someone to split a pair of tix with, we could've bought a pair on ebay that would be in the first few rows up front.

I actually had a little time before I left on 9/14 and got as close as Row 7, but I threw it back .... it just wasn't close enough for me. :rolleyes: So now I have nothing. :(

Kelly - Taku has NYC on his site? Because there is another place I am hoping LB will do in NY (upstate) like he did for OOTC. But another date anywhere in NY would be just about fine with me. And I hope I am around this time when the pre-sale starts!!

He has a second show on the 11th at the Town Hall Theatre, in NYC. I had heard awhile back that there would be two NYC dates and Taku does have it listed, along with the 10th. In fact, if you call the Theatre, they do confirm that LB will be playing there on Oct. 10 and 11th, but they do not have the onsale date for tickets. (or they are not saying, lol ) I am happy with the second date because the 10th is so close to the Falls Church show in DC. Two days in a row with alot of traveling is tough for me to do during the week.

goldie, was this in Bearsville, near Woodstock? I'm pretty sure it was. And I chooched out and never went. That would be awesome if he played there again. It's more in my neck of the woodstock...i mean woods! :laugh:

I ended up getting 2 sets of tickets for the 10th - one in row G, center, and the other in row R, off to the right side (looking at the stage). If anyone needs a pair of tickets, I'm parting with the 2nd set.

It sure is, joe! I didn't go to that one either!!! I was in college in NYC at the time and didn't have the transportation/$$/time (eek) to go .... But the NYC show was really all I needed to fulfill me .....

Has anyone gotten their tickets from TM yet? I did UPS shipping and I still don't have them and I am getting very nervous.

And I ordered Bway tickets just a couple of days ago and got an email that they were printed and sent out.

My order for Town Hall says the tickets are in the "process of being printed."

TM says mine are "in the process of being printed" as well. Wasn't something on lindseybuckingham.com about the tickets would be at Will Call only? I just looked on the site and now I can't find anything about it.

I wound up getting 10th row. Not too happy about that, but whatever. Plus there was a seat mixup with TM and I didn't get the seat # I wanted! TM wouldn't listen to my cries of pain, either!

I am a bit nervous that I will have a problem that night but I can't take a chance that UPS will still deliver my tickets before my trip to Atlanta.

Definitely EXCITED!!! Especially with the set posted and some gorgeous photos up I am so happy to be going to NYC show! I must say I was hoping he would do a second night in NYC but in a way I don't think I could have afforded it.
