I am listening right now. Shame the NicksFix did not list the stations. It seems like that site is always behind the 8 ball on stuff like this. I know it is Tom P and the Heartbreakers show, but Stevie is involved for heavens sake.

I think the Bonnaroo I Need To Know was a little bit better, but am not complaining. How cool is this if they leave Stevie in for the DVD release?
Tom and the band have some pretty kick a$$ songs in their set and they sound great.

MacMan

One of the great things about Tom's shows, and I wish I appreciated him more live, is he throws in different tracks. Not many, and not at ever show, but he throws them in, so it keeps you guessing and wondering what could be next. That's how it should be in this day and age when the setlists are non after the first show of a tour.

Yeah I've been reading his message board a little and they do change it up quite a bit--which is way cool  I kind of wish Stevie would do that but then again I would be bummed if I missed my fav song that she decided to sing in say California when I am in Michigan...... yeah pretty selfish of me I know!!

You can always try to go to the venue box office and see if they release any seats before the show...... at the Detroit show I heard some people got some really good seats that way....... I was going to try but settled for what I bought......

SandyMac

OMG, the nerve... they just interupted Mystic Eyes for commercials.
Thank goodness it wasn't a song that Stevie was singing on. I really like this song too. It has a "Hypnotized" feel to it.

Westwood One uses a standard practice of tape delays for concert broadcasts.

Well if I try to get good seats Damian would kill me. He left me some money while he's out of town but I'm sure he wouldn't like it if I spent it on tickets. But if there is any way I could go I guess I would settle for lawn. Then I would have to ask my mother to maybe keep Mason while I'm gone and use her car to drive there.
I need a miracle.

Does anyone else tear up when they listen to live performances and the crowd noticebly goes wild for Stevie? I always have to listen to the very, very end of previous (1981-2) Insider live, when everyone is cheering, then Tom Petty goes "STEVIE NICKS!" and the crowd roars and hella goes up some decibals. You know, palbable love/respect/worship/etc. Cheering like "Yes! She's our favorite person on the planet!" type cheering...:p

Actually , It has.( not ashamed to admit it either:lol: )I will never forget my very first bootleg that I ever got. It was one of the phoenix shows that I had been to, and When I heard her dad said, "laidies and gentleman, Stevie Nicks!! and those great opening drums from otr fired up, and the crowd goes wild, I totally burst into tears  It was just me and my sister in my truck and she was like "oh here we go! the obsession continues! " ahhh,, good times.

Omigod, is that from the Belladonna tour? Either way, I've heard that, too, and it makes me tear up. It's all so poignant, isn't it? Then when anyone says "Stevie Nicks!" and the crowd goes wild...well...it's like your baby. Even though tons of people love her, you do too, and you want everyone else to love her as well, so when the crowd loves her, extra, (as they always do) it is very emotional. And you feel justified, because you know that her body of work is worth all that respect and love. You feel that kind of applause is what she deserves.

It's all just so beautiful that you have to cry, because you love it that much, too. Sometimes there really is too much beauty.
