According to one TV news station, he owned a janitorial service that cleaned porn houses and the intruder was one of his custodians... something like that... I was halfway snoozing.

PORTLAND - The husband of the woman who killed an intruder in her Southeast Portland home is charged with conspiracy to commit murder and attempted murder.

Michael Kuhnhausen is being held without bail at the Multnomah County Jail.

A county clerk confirms Kuhnhausen's charges are related to an incident that took place on Sept. 6.

It was that night that police say Susan Kuhnhausen arrived home from work to find 59-year-old Edward Haffey inside her home.

Neighbors have said he was armed with a hammer.

A violent struggle took place and then Susan Kuhnausen strangled Haffey to death. Police believe she was trying to protect herself.

In that case, good riddance to the intruder and may her husband rot in a cell forever.
