anyone listen to any of these? I'm currently using the Couch to 5K for runners. it's a nine week set that is geared to help you get to run 5K in nine weeks. I love it so far. I also listen to Queerspresso, they are funny. any other favs? I wish I could find a good one to listen to while I walk, but none tickle my fancy.

I listen to knitting podcasts. It doesn't get any dorkier.

OK, how do podcasts work? Do you have to purchase them in order to download them? Can you just google them and find what your looking for? I'm a newbie at this.

Well my friend's are just posted free on his website as MP3s, but I'm pretty sure all of the ones on iTunes are free too. Just go to iTunes and have a look. It will have a special section for them.

go to the music store in iTunes and go to podcasts, find the one you like (there are zillions and lots of cool categories), subscribe and they start downloading all the episodes. I think 99% are free.
