Call me anal retentive, but I've never seen a Stevie doll accurate enough for my liking. :sorry:

Yes, I'm the kinda person who would drop $50 to $80 on one of those historically accurate 1/6th scale action figures if I could!

This doll is the best replica of Stevie Nicks that I have ever seen. I want this doll but clearly the bids are soaring and I just can't afford it right now. The costume could be better but the face is amazing! :blob2:

they got her eye makeup mostly right, and i think that's the most important part in replicating stevie's face. i find these things kinda creepy, though, so i can't say i like it. interesting, though.

That doll is awesome. I agree, best one yet. The mouth is good but we need a full body shot, including boots.

I do find it interesting how they took "Daria" and made her "Stevie"...I am impressed with the blue to brown eyes. Nice!

she is barefoot, i asked the seller, she said she was gonna make her boots, but thought bare feet looked very gypsy, so she left her that way~

The clothes aren't too great but the face is absolutely amazing. I'm sure Stevie would love it.
It's even more impressive when you look at the picture of how the doll used to look.

I certainly feel it bears a good resemblance to Stevie.

After having visited her website, I think she only did a so-so job with the Stevie face. Her other celebrity dolls were far more sculpted and have truly striking resemblences to their counterpart and way better hair. The shape of the Stevie face is not right at all, and their is no attempt to match her beautiful nose — a pretty damn important feature of her face. And to me, to really invoke Stevie's look you must at least try to match an outfit we as fans would recognize and never NEVER disregard the damn boots.

Stevie does have a much stronger chin than that doll's face but I think the artist was limited by current dolls. A Stevie doll would actually have to be created for the face shape to be just right. I actually thought the nose was pretty close to Stevie's. She did a great job on the eyes and mouth which look a lot like Stevie's, those are two features she had more control over being able to paint them. I agree with you about the clothes but still, this doll when you see it even at a glance, there's no mistaking it is a Stevie doll.

On edit: Her Lucy Liu and Drew Barrymore dolls are spooky. She's very talented! http://thebarbiecanvas.bravehost.com/page1.html

Considering how other Barbie type dolls have been done up as Stevie, this doll looks quite beautiful. The eyes are amazing.
