I was just watching a Gold Dust show from Los Angeles. During Beauty and the Beast, the amphitheatre is so quite that a pin could drop. Stevie wails "wherrrre is my beast?" A fan shouts out affectionately, "right here baby!" which gets roars of laughter from the crowd. :woohoo:

Other great fan moments?

Two moments both from the same show. Providence, Rhode Island 7-7-1977

Right before Dreams, it sounds like this guy is yelling out "Hey Foxy"!

Then Stevie does a little speech before Landslide and two girls are saying "Do you understand a word she just said"? "No".

hope this finds u all well,

my funny fan moment is when i was at the melb concert,

i was up dancing for most of the night and it felt weird around my bum, so i checked and found my bloody pants had fallen down!

i have no idea how long i had been standing up there for with them down and i wore a long shawl, so i hope not too many people saw it! it was a kind of " you had to be there thing", but it is also a fond, if not embarassing memory of the concert!

At the SYW show in Worcester I went to, during tusk a guy jumped up on stage and just grabbed his hat on his head and danced. Security was so slow and didn't even realize it. Stevie should have been tackled to the ground.

If you are familiar with Lynyrd Skynyrd,at the very end of their famous live album "One More From the Road",Ronnie Van Zant asks the crowd "What song is it you wanna hear?" and of course the crowd yells out "Freebird!!!"
I think I hear people yell that out at more concerts than not, whoever the band is.

that sat next to me at the 2003 Dallas FM show (This isnt word for word, but this is what I somewhat remember):

Man: "Isnt Stevie Nicks still fat?"
Me: "Nah, She looks fine now...Definitely hot for her age"

Later as the show starts and this man noticed Stevie on the videos screens above the side of the stage:

Man: "Wow, She does look hot...I'd do her, What do you think honey?"
Wife: "I'd do her too..."

Just remembered that in the aisle directly in front of me at the same 2003 Dallas show were a bunch of white-trash lookin' folk, who seem to not go one frikkin minute without yelling out loud "Black Widow" (Obvious reference to the song "Gold Dust Woman"). They were a few sheets in the wind, but worth a laugh none-the-less, especially one of the guys who thought he would do a Stevie twirl and proceeded to spill his beer over his lady that was in tow.

One more-The "Lindsey Street" exit highway sign on I-35 entering/exiting Norman, OK that both wondergirl (Christy) & shackin' up (Gerald) seemed to take a liking too!

ok this is a really dumb moment by me outside of a concert setting like these other incidents, but I was reading the book Teacher Man by Frank McCourt (the guy who wrote Angela's Ashes)... anyway, its abou this guys teachign experiences in NYC and he talks about this kid who wears a jacket and wants to look like Orson Welles. Me being the Stevie fan that I am immediatly thought of the Gold and Braid outtake when Stevie says- introducing orson welllllllles. I thought, while reading this book, HOW COOL A MENTION OF SOMEONE IN STEVIE'S BAND IN THIS FAMOUS BOOK!!! but then i googled him annnnnnnd hes an oldtime actor and not in stevie's band at all. that would have to be my dumbest moment. sidenote- the book is really good, funny, much happier and easy going than Angela's Ashes.
ok that's it!

Not really specific to one concert, but in every bootleg I've seen or heard the audience is dead silent during Outside the Rain but explodes into cheers at the beginning of Dreams.

It's almost like these super-casual fans paid $125 to see her perform, but never heard OTR before!

At the Las Vegas Dreams show, I was 2nd row in front of the stage one night. This crazy middle aged woman came up to me in the middle of the show and said "You guys look like your having fun!" We were some of the few people standing up, dancing, and singing along. Remember how stuffy a lot of the audience was for those shows? So, she said "I'll be right back!" And then she brought me a glass of champagne from the bar. There was a security guard right in front of me and I was underaged. There was no way I was risking getting kicked out of the concert after travelling 2000 miles to see the show! So, I said "Beat it Bitch!" (I wasn't that mean of course!) But she wouldn't leave! She was trying to bribe me with the champagne. She said that we could squeeze in together in front of my one seat. When I told her to get lost or I'd get the security guard, she threw the champagne at me. She pretty much threw it in my face! I was sticky the rest of the concert!

Also, at the other Las Vagas show, I didn't have as good of seats. The couple in front of me both fell asleep! Fell asleep! During a rock and roll concert!

Ok, I have to tell this story. Cant resist any longer. This occured at the Sioux City Fleetwood Mac concert in 2004. I was sitting in front of these 2 women who by the looks of it were on their first night out in about 10 years. I overheard them talking to each other,(Yes they had a few) and one of them proclaims as Stevie is singing "I DIDNT KNOW CHRISTINE WAS STILL WITH FLEETWOOD MAC!"  So I decided to play along and I turned around and told them "You know, Christine is very pro-gay also." They gave me the NOOO WAYYY look. SO I proceeded to tell them she wrote a song one time called Brown Eye. They totally fell for it.
