you know, it's so strange, coz i woke up today and didn't even realize it was my birthday till my mom called with her congratulations. usually i wake up on this date SO depressed, and feeling sorry for myself, but this time i'm just stressed.
never mind the news on tv, in the last week or so we had alarm sirens every day, and one time there was even an actual hit that came so close that you could actually hear it. this whole mess here is becoming very close, very clear, and ****ingly real.
work became even more dreadful in the last few days, and it could have been a relief to concentrate on the fact that i'll be starting my vecation on wednesday, but since i bought my tickets before the war, i got ones what departs from Amman (Jordan), with a stop in Muscat (Bahrain, persian gulf), which is a route that you now gotta be pretty crazy to take, considering you carry an israeli passport. if i don't come back here in a month or so, or you happen to read about me somewhere in the near future, please know that i gladly gave my life in the name of carelessness, partying, and thailand's weeds, mushrooms, and superb shopping centers.
so thanks again, and and if you'd excuse me now, i gotta hit the shower, and then start my birthday/farewell visitations tour.
