I don't know how many Killers fans there are here, but the new single is out "When you were Young". I've heard it a few times and I already love it. It doesn't really have a chorus which makes it a fun song. I really like the mix of guitars and synthesizers. I think Brandon is a great vocalist and keyboardist. The new album drops October 3rd titled, Sam's Town.

It's a really great song. I'm getting more and more into them... in fact, I don't think I've heard a song of theirs yet that I didn't like.

I haven't heard it yet, but I like most of their songs.
In fact, "Mr. Brightside" is the kind of song I would never skip on my mp3 player. Plus, I looooved the video -starring Eric Roberts.

The video for Mr. Brightside and that is deifnitely my faovirte song from them so far. Turns out that the song Mr. Brightside is actually a true story that happened to Brandon Flowers (lead singer). I think it is a very sad song.

Why? I think his synths add a lot of character to the songs on the album. Some good examples of that I think are Everything Will be Alright and Change Your Mind, but I don't know how fimilar you are with the band.

I got the album last night and love it! Bones is my favorite. I hear a lot of influences, old U2, Gene Loves Jezebel. Some say they hear Springsteen. Great CD and can't wait to see them Monday.
