You missed me by one night. Where were you yesterday?? At 11:30 pm pacific???
Um, I'm going to eat chicken strips with ranch, hijack the thank you thread with stupid sex jokes, and read the books I got. Probably with pauses for watching South Park. I might talk on the phone to my boyfriend.
And drink soda. I'll definitely drink soda. Cold soda. With ice. Like a normal person.
It appears I will also be wearing my swimsuit while doing this, like every other night this week.
Don't be jealous.

Well, its 12.30 in the afternoon here in New Zealand on a saturday. But if it was a friday night and I drank alcohol - I'd be right there with ya

i would resent that comment more if i hadn't just set down a glass of fizzy, warm diet coke. sans ice.
sex jokes where? i don't know if i have the willpower to contribute. i'm running on a very low libido these days... hence the sitting at home, alone, drinking.

Well, its 1:30am here Saturday morning. I've just had a Fanta Lemon and I'm now listening to some music and, for Ambers benefit, I'm stroking my wood too (for everybody else this means I'm playing guitar). :wavey:

Ha, I knew it. How refreshing.
Don't worry, they're sophomoric, and so easy to keep up with. And I said where, in the Thank You thread. Which I also actually thanked you in.
Sorry about your libido. Isn't it summer there? Are you okay? Would you like to borrow some of mine? I'll wash it first...
It's cool to sit home alone... Don't forget to sing really loud after about a half a bottle. :xoxo:

I am home tonight, too. It is my Dad's 80th birthday and I bought home some clam cakes and chowda and a birthday cake. I am just happy that I don't have to work tonight. Later on I have to surf the web for new car info.

I'm still at work - for another hour and a half or so. After that - I'm picking up a pizza and heading home to eat it and watch Wings - and I may make some Margaritas or a Pina Colada - I've the makings for both - haven't decided which would fit tonight better :p

It is ... y'all have never talked to me when i've been drinking jager. :woohoo:
i love/hate jager. it tastes like ****, but it gets you where you want to go fast. my friend jill from work got me a bottle of it for my bday because every time we have a really ****ty night at work, we go and do shots on the clock, and then we go back and close up the store.

Damn! I didn't have alcohol until my senior year of high school! (I'm not counting the one time my uncle traded my coke with his rum and coke with I was 6 or the beer I snuck a taste of at my grandma's)!
My drink of choice is gin and tonic (Bombay!) but lately I've very much enjoyed the fruity girly drink variety.

It turns out what I did, after my early evening nap, was watch Bill Moyers interview Margaret Atwood, a favorite author of mine, for his show "Faith & Reason".
I'd never heard her talk before, and she's just as brill as I had imagined, especially on the subjects of faith & reason. Then he interviewed another brill author who talked a lot about Islamism, differentiated from Islam in its original form. And how is a Europe that has basically outgrown religion going to cope with their immigrant muslim population that is all religion?
Great show, if you get the chance to catch it.
So, that was a lovely suprise for the night. Thanks again, PBS!

really? it says it's from mountain view, ca, not houston. downloading anyway!
Mountain View/Shoreline is the only soundboard I know from that tour (& it's audio from video), although I don't keep up with what's circulating from that tour. Jimmy is the "Mirror" tour go-to guy.
Houston isn't soundboard; it's radio b'cast.

Thanks, David. I didn't think the mp3's I've heard from the Houston show sounded all that great, so that makes sense.
