Just a quick note

to anyone I'm currently in a trade with. Due to the severe storms yesterday evening, as it stands right now, I may be without power for the next 3-4 days. At the moment my family and are staying at my mom's house due to the lack of power and very high heat...not to mention half of a tree in our front yard.
As soon as the power comes back on, I will finish up the CDs/DVDs and mail them off. I am very sorry for this inconvience. I hate this so much. I've never seen a storm like yesterday evening's, and it scared the sh*t out me. :distress:

Oh boy Lisa..we got those storms today! Very dangerous! Im glad everyone is ok. I take it your mom is "back". I don't even have the blank DVD's yet so don't worry. IM me when everything is back to norm!!

Thanks Sara! :) We finally got power back last night, and it feels so good to be back at home. Now to try to get half of the tree out of our yard, and start cleaning up. Fun...

I hope you didn't get hit too hard! These storms have been hell. We were without power for five days, and still have the top half of the tree down in our yard. It was eerie driving around parts of our neighborhood last night due to some of the power still being out. While we had power on our side of the street, the houses across from us were still out, plus both streets that connect to ours had no power. It was just so dark and quiet, it had a really eerie vibe.
As for mom, she got home yesterday. Thank god for the power coming back on, right? lol I did have to go visit her in the psych ward though. I think my worst nightmare came true when I had to go up with the power out at the hospital. :eek:

Thanks David! :) Right now, I'm just glad to be back home with the power on. Not having a home with power, and feeling like a bit of a refugee, can really put things into perspective for you. :nod:
