TEHRAN, July 13 (Reuters) - Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said on Thursday an Israeli strike on Syria would be considered an attack on the whole Islamic world that would bring a "fierce response", state television reported.
"If the Zionist regime commits another stupid move and attacks Syria, this will be considered like attacking the whole Islamic world and this regime will receive a very fierce response," Ahmadinejad was quoted as saying in a telephone conversation with Syrian President Bashar al-Assad.
The president made the comments after Israel struck Beirut airport and military airbases and blockaded Lebanese ports in reprisals that have killed 55 civilians in Lebanon since Hizbollah guerrillas captured two Israeli soldiers a day earlier.
"He (Ahmadinejad) also said it was a must for the Organisation of the Islamic Conference to become more active regarding the new crisis created by the Zionist regime," state television reported.
Iran's Islamic government has never recognised Israel and routinely refers to the Jewish state as the "Zionist regime".
Iran has close ties with Syria, and with Hizbollah.

Bush Rejects Lebanon's Call for Cease-Fire
ST. PETERSBURG, Russia (AP) - President Bush rejected Lebanon's calls for a cease-fire in escalating Mideast violence on Friday, saying only that Israel should try to limit civilian casualties as it steps up attacks on its neighbor.
"The president is not going to make military decisions for Israel," White House spokesman Tony Snow said.
Lebanon's prime minister asked Bush, during a phone call Friday, to pressure Israel for a cease-fire. But Bush told Prime Minister Fuad Saniora that Israelis have a right to protect themselves.
"We think it's important that, in doing that, they try to limit as much as possible the so-called collateral damage, not only on civilians but also on human lives," Snow said.
Israeli war planes have been bombing sites around Lebanon, including the main airport, bridges and power stations, to punish Hezbollah for the capture of two Israeli soldiers. At least 61 people in Lebanon have been killed.
On the other side, Hezbollah militants have fired hundreds of rockets at northern Israel. At least 10 Israelis have been killed.
Saniora's office issued a statement saying Bush "affirmed his readiness to put pressure on Israel to limit the damage to Lebanon as a result of the current military action, and to spare civilians and innocent people from harm."
Snow said that wasn't so. Bush merely "reiterated his position" that Israel should limit the impact on civilians, he said.
"It is unlikely that either or both parties are going to agree to" a cease-fire at this point, Snow said.
Bush's conversation with Saniora as he flew from Germany to Russia was part of a round of telephone diplomacy aimed at quelling the flare-up in violence. The president also spoke with a pair of allies, Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak and Jordan's King Abdullah II, and thanked them for trying to help ease the violence in their neighborhood, Snow said.
Bush was pleased that a number of major Muslim nations such as Egypt, Jordan and Saudi Arabia "do not look on Hezbollah as being a legitimate government entity," Snow said.
Hezbollah is an Iranian-backed militant Shiite faction which has a free hand in southern Lebanon and holds seats in parliament. The Lebanese government has no control over Hezbollah but has long resisted international pressure to forcibly disarm the group for fears of igniting sectarian conflict.
Bush has not spoken with Israeli leaders, but Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice called Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert, Snow said. Snow did not provide details of the conversation.
The president flew to Russia for discussions with President Vladimir Putin and a weekend summit of industrial powers being held here. Israel's attacks on Lebanon and the counterattacks on Israel were sure to be heavy discussion topics - on an issue where Bush is at odds with some of his allies.
Russia, the host of the Group of Eight summit, and France, another summit nation, have criticized the Israeli attacks. But Bush's strong defense for Israel's right to defend itself has been tempered only by concern that the offensive could weaken or topple the fragile democratic government in Beirut.
The crisis threatened to dash Bush's hopes to see the G-8 summit produce a united stand against Iran's nuclear ambitions and North Korea's long-range missile test.
Snow said it seemed inevitable that the G-8 members would issue some kind of a statement on the Mideast situation, but it was unclear what it would say. Rice said a three-person team sent by the United Nations to the region should get a chance to try to defuse the crisis.
Several drafts concerning violence in the Middle East were already on the table. "With the pace of events, they're going to have to redraft them," Snow said.
"It is important that everybody talk with one voice," Snow said.
In St. Petersburg, Bush's first stop was a monument honoring those who defended Leningrad - the Soviet name for the city - during the 900-day World War II siege. More than half a million people died, most of hunger. Bush and his wife paused there for a long moment of silence.
In what amounted to a gentle statement about democratic backsliding under Putin's leadership, Bush went from there to sit down with 17 representatives from civil society groups whom he called "young, vibrant Russian activists who loved their country" but who also are concerned about human conditions there. The president said he planned to convey some of their worries directly to Putin.
"I assured them the United States of America cares about the form of government in Russia," Bush told reporters afterward. "I hope I was encouraging for them. It was instructive to me."
The highlight of Bush's first day here was a social dinner with Putin at a villa on the grounds of the opulent 18th century Konstantin Palace, the luxurious venue Putin chose for the Group of Eight meetings.
Beforehand, the president spent part of the afternoon on a bike ride in a wooded area near the site of the summit.
Bush and Putin meet as U.S. and Russian negotiators try to conclude a deal to let Russia join the World Trade Organization. Russia hoped to have the presidents announce it as early as Saturday.
But while officials reached a breakthrough in banking, officials said U.S. Trade Representative Susan Schwab and Russian Economics Minister German Gref continued working Friday on a number of other sticking points.
"There is no resolution at this point," said Sean Spicer, Schwab's spokesman.

I find this significant. Aside from the obvious hypocrisy of the Bush Administration re: the Middle East, I happen to find it encouraging that Hezbollah is not considered "legit" by its fellow Muslim nations. This also points out Iran's bias, which right now is important considering their nuclear aspirations........

what happens tuesday?
what i meant by "tuesday" was that it's going to end really soon. that's because the only beneficiaries at the moment are iran and syria, israeli society can't handle this state of war for long, lebanon is a tiny country and all bombed out by now, and even bush will start losing sleep once the price of oil's gonna pass the 80$ per barrel stage.
but again, this could all be just wishful thinking, coz if this crap won't be solved in a matter of days, my entire summer's gonna get all screwed up.

I believe this whole thing with the middle east will someday but not any day soon lead up to a religious happening that most people do not understand. The Rapture of the Church and the Rise of the Anit=Christ to lead the European Union and set up the UPCOMING Armeggedon. Like I said this is my belief. I also believe that there will be wars and runours of wars in the end times. I have heard that so many times until I got sick of it but now realize there is truth to that. I did not mean to open up a can or worms or anything or say anything considered preaching or forcing religion on anyone. But some one in Europe please tell me that that there are or AREN'T 13 members of the EU? And if what the Bible Believers say is true then 3 members will be kicked out of the EU prior to the rise of the Anti-Christ and the Rapture brining ing the member ship to 10.
Most "end times scenario" christians I know considered the EU to be the revived Roman Empire. We all have time left but no one knows how much,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

And You asking me what I am on shows me you have no clue as to what is really going on in with the 'end times scenario" and the muddle east or the EU. Read some of the "end times scenario" authors like Tim Lahaye and then ask me what I am on. And furthermore what I had to say was relevant to the thread. What is going on with the conflict over there will not innediately lead up to Armaggeddom soon as I believe, and to quote macman ; 'This is getting so ugly... I don't even want to think about it!' Israel is God's CHOSEN people and what happens to them eventually happens elsewhere maybe not in the same detail but basically the USA backs Israel and since we support Israel that explains why the Islamics hates the USA< Thanks for the update on the EU membership but in time in the future the EU will reduce to 13

what part of israel are you in, tommer? and, if you don't mind my curiosity, have you lived in israel all your life?
i ask only because i find your response interesting - you seem to be taking it quite lightly. from this part of the world, it looks and sounds to be monumental. scores of civilians in both israel and lebanon have been killed in just a few days, israel is now fighting in both gaza and lebanon, iran is getting involved... syria...
do you truly feel that this is something that is going to calm down in a few days, and if it doesn't, is it merely an inconvenience to you?
(i am not asking this at all with any snark to my voice. i simply found your posts surprising, and i'm wondering if we are missing something over here, or if you were maybe being sarcastic?)

As it happens, I'm actually in Jerusalem right now! I'm taking a three week course which ends on Wednesday. I'd originally planned to take an extra few days to soak in unusual areas, but I've cut that out of the itinerary and am heading home on Thursday.
Strange. The conflict in the North is very real. Yet people in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv act as if it's happening so far away. In reality, it's on;y 1.5 hours north of my hotel. Eerie.
The average citizen of Jerusalem is going about his/her day as usual. I'm a little cautious and am anxious to leave.
CNN-International is quite exhaustive in its coverage of the problem, which is--in some respects--heightening.
Say a prayer for the safe return of a fellow Mac fan!

i donnow, in my opinion you are a little overreacting... i'm more than an hour and a half north to you (Caesarea), and it's perfectly peaceful and quiet. and besides, even if jerusalem was in the missiles reach (and it's certainly isn't), they'd never ever dare fire at this city, simply because it's too holy to them. anyway, even if you're scared to go north, you still have the dead sea, Eilat, and so much more in the south. coming here and visiting only jerusalem is kinda wasteful i think.

Everyone on here (to my knowledge) take a minute and appreciate your peace of mind here in the US. Even w/ Bush being an idiot, we have little fear of such atrocities in our backyard. Anything is possible, nowhere is ever safe, but it's also not a common "every couple years or so" epidemic as it is in these countries.
Many of you know my husband is Lebanese, and has been unable to get thru to his family for 4 days. His mother, all siblings, neices, etc. The whole fam is there. Imagine being on the other side of the world while your family has to worry about going to the market that morning.
I could give a shiit less about politics. Don't care who thinks they are right, or why each person does what they do. It's human nature, and no amt. of voteing or pleaing is going to disuade people from their motives. What does concern me is the loss of life both our soldiers and innocent bystanders in these Mid-East countries.
Not trying to be a bummer, just this sux. Hub is moody and irretable, and not one thing I say could ease is mind. It sucks. WTF do you say right??? Here, I'll voice that it's BS, I hardly get what ANY of these countries are on about, but......lets pray it'll be over soon. :(

I'm sorry to hear about your husband's family. There's no doubt the average Lebanese person has suffered in this. A tour guide on my bus yesterday went into great detail about Israeli's justification for doing this. he actually said it was their way of "forcing" the Lebanese to take a stand against the terrorists in their own country. I don't know if his opinion is common here, but I was a bit horrified by its righteousness. Certainly the Hizbolla (sp?) should be stopped, but at what cost? This is an issue of contention. I don't pretend to know more or have an opinion beyond that of the ignorant, incidental traveler.

Throw the accusations at me that I am a kook or a dumb donkey but arguements and analogies do not change the fact that the Middle East is a TIMEBOMB just waiting to explode. Yes you have the right to your opinion but attacking me serves no purpose but to build back a loss of self esteem. Israel is God's chosen people and we need to back them as they are the VICTIMS here. yeap, this is exactly what's happening.
most lebanese distance themselves from hizbulla's actions, but in actual fact every sovereign country is responsible to every military action that originates from their territories. lebanon doesn't disarm this militia, in fact, they are even a part of their political coalition, hizbulla actually have ministers in the lebanese government!
while this private army targets 1/3 of israel, lebanese don't feel accountant for those actions, despite being responsible by every known international law.
as much as i hate seeing all those innocent victims, i think that a country which doesn't make the effort to keep its (undisputed) border safe, should realize that it carries some heavy and painful consequences. in a way, once this ordeal is over, lebanon may become the biggest beneficiaries by gaining their full independence from those rivalry forces.

do you know, there are actually hard-core Christian fundamentalists who are doing all they can to help Jews return to Israel or donate funds to Israelis in an effort to speed the "end times" along? They are so desperate for the second coming and the rapture etc, that they are busily helping the Jews any way they can (again, the Jews are the Chosen people, thus what better side to support?)

This response is why people who are like Tommer turn a deaf ear to you. I believe in God, and end times scenarios, however, they don't. And I'm not going to force it down their throat. Tommer has his opinion. That's OK. Please let's not turn this into a religious war. We who have been on this board for years have seen it time and again. Neither side wins.

Most of us on this board don't believe the extreme religious beliefs regarding the end of times. You're going to keep encountering resistance because we just don't and won't believe it. Just like you don't and won't believe in our point of view. It is what it is.
I don't want to see any more posts directed toward one another. The topic isn't off limits, of course, but personal attacks are. No more calling each other "crazy" or making accusations about low self-esteem. This isn't the place for that.

So, let me get this straight.
Israel invades Lebanon because they've captured two Israel soldiers. The Lebanese government is backed by Syria, and, as we've just learned, is receiving long-range missiles from Iran. In the meantime, a hundred people are being killed in suicide bombings, roadside bombs, and drive-by shootings every day in Iraq.
Isn't that just f***ing swell?

Bush caught off-guard in chat with Blair
President: 'They need ... to get Hezbollah to stop doing this s___'
Monday, July 17, 2006; Posted: 11:48 a.m. EDT (15:48 GMT)
ST. PETERSBURG, Russia (CNN) -- An open microphone caught President Bush in an unguarded moment Monday as the escalating crisis in the Middle East prompted him to use an expletive in a conversation with British Prime Minister Tony Blair.
Bush and Blair were unaware that an event at the Group of Eight summit was a photo opportunity, with media representatives present. Blair later turned off the microphone.
The president was expressing frustration at the United Nations' stance on the Israeli-Hezbollah conflict in Lebanon. (Watch Bush use the 's' word during a chat with Blair -- 1:31)
Apparently not expecting an open mike to pick up his remarks, Bush told Blair: "See the irony is what they need to do is get Syria to get Hezbollah to stop doing this s___ and it's over."
Earlier Monday, Blair and U.N. Secretary-General Kofi Annan called for the deployment of an international force in southern Lebanon to help end the spiraling conflict between Israel and Hezbollah, the Islamic militant group that holds seats in the Lebanese government. (Full story)
The United States and Israel say that Hezbollah receives financial and political assistance, as well as weapons and training, from Iran and Syria.
The fighting began last week after Hezbollah guerrillas abducted two Israeli soldiers in a cross-border raid.
"What about Kofi Annan?" Bush asked Blair. "I don't like the sequence of it. His attitude is basically cease-fire and everything else happens." (Watch Bush explain why Israel has "every right" to defend itself -- :59)
Blair responded, "I think the thing that is really difficult is you can't stop this unless you get this international presence agreed."
Bush has resisted calling for a cease-fire between Hezbollah and Israel. The United States seeks Hezbollah's dismantlement under U.N. Security Council Resolution 1559, which calls for the "disbanding and disarmament of all Lebanese and non-Lebanese militias."
Bush said that he feels "like telling Kofi to get on the phone with [Syrian President Bashar] Assad and make something happen. We're not blaming Israel, and we're not blaming the Lebanese government."
Bush also told Blair that he would be sending Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice to the region soon.
"She's going," Bush said. "I think Condi's going to go pretty soon."
Despite the president's remarks, the White House told The Associated Press that it had nothing to announce about a Rice trip to the Middle East.
Earlier Monday, Annan said the Security Council would have to discuss the matter of an international presence, but he said a force would be only a part of a comprehensive plan to stop the cross-border attacks.
Annan appealed to both sides to "focus their targets narrowly and to bear in mind that under international humanitarian law, they have an obligation to spare civilian lives" and infrastructure.

One thing that I think lots of people are not appreciating is how difficult / impossible it is for a government to get a terrorist organisation out of its country. I live in a country that had exactly that problem, and our advanced, "civilised", wealthy and globally powerful government was totally unable to "chase the terrorists out". What the hell makes anyone think a weak government like Lebanon's is able to sort out a gang like Hezbollah? What kind of help is anyone offering them?
And then to bomb the crap out of that country, set it back 20 years, and in every possibility bring down that government - does anyone think that's going to improve the situation? If Lebanon's government goes, then Hezbollah will no doubt effectively run the place - what kind of progression is that?
I don't go for the end times stuff - but I do despair at the way this planet runs itself. Middle East imploding, half the world perpetually starving and the other half full to bursting, global climate threatening to drown / roast / freeze us all within a few decades, and what do I hear on the radio today? Some twat developed an in-store sat-nav system for shopping carts. Good job we got that sociological nightmare sorted out then

okay, so i've a question to all ya nice sentimentalists; what do you think the alternative is exactly?
i donnow, i'm not a great militant, but i don't see any option for us other than hitting hizbulla as strong as possible. i certainly don't think they can be reasoned with... as i mentioned before, hizbulla, while being orchestrated and armed by iran and syria, is an integral part of the lebanese political system, and a part of their ruling coalition, meaning that even once they are integrated as a part of the legit and organized system, they simply won't act accordingly. they are an independent armed militia, while the state and its rightful army fears to act against it. who exactly can you reason with over there?
let's say you were the israeli prime minister; your army's stationed quietly on the undisputed int'l border, and suddenly gets attacked, while the northern towns are attacked simultaneously by nasty missile strikes. should you just stay calm, and hope it'll all just go away?
the only option is to radically change the entire set of conditions that allows the occurrence of such incidents. if indeed there are peaceful means to achieve that, i'm sorry to say that from where i stand, i sadly fail to see them.

Americans irked by fee to flee Lebanon
Law says State Department must be reimbursed for evacuations
Tuesday, July 18, 2006; Posted: 6:32 p.m. EDT (22:32 GMT)
BEIRUT, Lebanon (CNN) -- Americans stranded in Lebanon are miffed -- not only at what they see as the slow pace at which the State Department is evacuating them from Lebanon but also that they're having to pay for the ride.
As of dusk Tuesday, the State Department had helped about 350 Americans flee the country. Others had found their own way out, so it was difficult to determine how many of the estimated 25,000 Americans there remained, said Maura Harty, assistant secretary of state for consular affairs.
Monday, State Department spokesman Sean McCormack said the government would charge evacuees commercial rates to take them out by plane or boat.
"It's not an excessive rate. It's a rate that they might pay for a regular airline flight out or a ship leaving Beirut," McCormack told MSNBC.
Harty said she understood people were irked by having to pay for their evacuations to the Mediterranean island of Cyprus, about 100 miles northwest, but that a 1956 law requires that the State Department be reimbursed. Those who can't afford it can sign a promissory note and pay later, she said.
"No U.S. citizen will not be boarded because they left their checkbook or credit card at home," Harty said. "I need to get people out of harm's way first, and that's what we're going to do."
The State Department has arranged for six CH-53 Sea Stallion helicopters, which collectively can ferry about 300 passengers a day, and two commercial cruise ships, which can carry about 2,200 total passengers, to help in the evacuation effort.
The helicopters are reserved primarily for medical emergencies and were used Tuesday to airlift about 60 of the most vulnerable people from the U.S. Embassy in Beirut, the embassy said.
The cruise ships, one of which already was docked in Beirut on Tuesday night, will depart for Cyprus on Wednesday, Harty said. The State Department has said the U.S. military will escort the ships.
However, the idea that Americans would have to pay to board one of the ships is drawing the ire of stranded Americans and their politicians and families back home.
Atlanta resident Maya Nessouli, whose mother, brother and sisters are in Beirut, wrote CNN and said she is disgusted by the government's policy.
"The government wants $3,000 per person for the helicopter to Cyprus and you're not allowed to take any of your stuff with you. Once they get to Cyprus, they'll have to pay an exorbitant amount to find flights out," Nessouli wrote.
Nessouli called CNN later to say that her family had rented a car for $1,500 and drove all night through Syria to Jordan, where they're now trying to find a flight back to the United States.
House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi said Washington has an obligation to evacuate citizens without "quibbling over payment."
"A nation that can provide more than $300 billion for a war in Iraq can provide the money to get its people out of Lebanon," the California Democrat said in a statement. "I call upon the president to remove one worry from the minds of stranded American citizens in Lebanon and their families back home by declaring immediately that their country will bear the costs of bringing them to safety."
Another Democrat, Sen. Debbie Stabenow of Michigan said she is introducing legislation authorizing the secretary of state to waive the fees if it would create a financial hardship or if the evacuee "would be unable to recoup the cost of or reuse a previously purchased airline ticket."
"We must not abandon American citizens in a war zone," she said. "Our government should be focusing on the fastest, safest way to get Americans home, not how much to bill them once they get there."
Stuck in Lebanon
Several of the Americans in Lebanon have written e-mails to CNN, expressing their frustration with the evacuation process.
"We are desperately trying to evacuate and have become more and more disappointed and angry with the way the evacuation is being handled," said Lina Fleihan, of Greensboro, North Carolina. "We hear more about what's going on from CNN than we do from the U.S. government and the American Embassy here."
Natalie Kerlakian of Denver, Colorado, wrote that she has not heard from the embassy in a week.
"I hope this response will be better than that of Katrina," she wrote, referring to the heavily criticized government response to the hurricane that struck the Gulf Coast in August.
Susan Omar, of Clifton, New Jersey, wrote that she has family stuck in the southern Lebanese city of Maryajoun, and her phone calls to various governments' offices have been fruitless.
"We have begged and pleaded with anyone and everyone, but our kids still don't have water, food or medicine," she wrote. "The media is telling everyone that those with medical necessity have already been evacuated. I guess that only means those lucky enough to be near Beirut!"
Kellee Khalil of Los Angeles, California, wrote that she was trapped in Lebanon while vacationing with her father, who has diabetes and a heart condition.
"The embassy has not put him on a priority list," he wrote. "It has been several days of airstrikes and the United States seems to care little about the 25,000 Americans that are trapped here."
However, the U.S. State Department has warned Americans against traveling in Lebanon for the past several years. The Web site for the U.S. Embassy in Beirut reminds travelers "that the U.S. government does not provide no-cost transportation but does have the authority to provide repatriation loans to those in financial need."
The embassy issued a statement Tuesday saying that Americans were being contacted about departing Lebanon via sea and air. The statement added that Americans should not move until contacted by the embassy staff.
"Those who wish to leave should ready themselves immediately," it said.
The U.S. military does not charge for evacuations. Nor do the governments of France, Ireland, Britain and Italy, which already have ferried hundreds of their citizens out of Lebanon.
Help on the way
In addition to the warships and helicopters, nine U.S. Navy ships have arrived in Lebanon to help with the evacuations, as well as ships from the Spain, Italy and Britain, said Brig. Gen. Mike Barbero. The Pentagon said Tuesday that the destroyer USS Gonzales will escort one of the cruise ships.
"These operations are taking place in a war zone," Barbero said. "They involve passage through a strict blockade and are limited by the capacity of the ports and the degraded infrastructure in Lebanon."
Many Americans were already aboard one of the cruise ships Tuesday, said Nicholas Burns, U.S. undersecretary of state for political affairs.
Video footage from the U.S. Defense Department also showed women and children boarding a military helicopter on what appeared to be a building's rooftop.
More than 100 Europeans and Americans joined at least 800 French citizens on one of the few vessels to arrive in Lebanon to carry evacuees to Cyprus. From there, people were flying to their home countries.
The ferry docked Tuesday in the Cypriot port of Larnaca and is to return to Beirut on Wednesday and again later in the week to evacuate others if the French military deems it safe, the French Foreign Ministry said.
Burns called the evacuation effort well-conceived and methodical.
"People go out when they want to go out," he said. "We have an open line to all American citizens. We're in touch with them by Web site. Those Americans who wish to leave will obviously go out. Those who are in critical need of leaving over the weekend have left through the air bridge."

Let's all move on with the subject at hand and try to forget past transgressions.
CNN is reporting that there are Israeli ground troops going into southern Lebanon. And this photograph breaks my heart:

U.S. family: Get us out of Lebanon
Parents and children hear bomb explosions all night

The Esseily family was winding up a vacation in Lebanon when the airstrikes began. Nearly a week later, they're still looking for a way to get back to California.
Tony and Monika Esseily and their three children were asleep in their apartment, nearing the end of a month-long holiday, when Israel began bombing Beirut.
"It was an extreme shock when I woke up and -- actually, we heard it," Monika Esseily told CNN. "3:20 in the morning, we got up, and the whole sky was just alit. And I'm like, 'Oh no, oh no, oh no.' "
Beirut's airport was closed after Israel warplanes bombed its runways, and every night is punctuated by the sound of airstrikes.
"I have two kids [and] a baby, and they're scared. I'm scared," Esseily said. "First time I've ever encountered something like this."

please do as our mod asks and move on past the past trangressions and get back to worrying about the people in the middle east. Irishgirl I forgive you for your cleverly worded insult. Our mod and I have communicated and that is all I need to say and I am through with the garbage of these last two days and want to move on and I encourage everyone else to FOLLOW SUITE. . Insults and whatever will not be even addressed by me AFTER THIS POST unless a line is crossed over as I said in an earlier post and I will handle things differently insulters can be assured of that. . We need to pray or focus positive energy or whatever you want to call it for all the people over there over in Lebanon and Israel and even Syria and Iran. It does not matter what nationality an innocent is and the innocent are who I am worried for. I am gonna close now and go check out CNN and I will talk to the board later.
Peace

I did not want to ever talk any more about this but I did communicate with the moderator of this board and I feel that the members of this board (myself and everyone else) should follow her suggestion to move on just like I am doing. And if I am VERBALLY attacked again I will handle things the way I told both you and our mod here. That is as fair as I can be about this whole thing and if others cannot let it die then that is their problem.

SHEESH, dude. Can't you just wave a white flag and let it drop? You keep dragging it out. This should have been over with 2 pages ago, and I keep coming back to this thread waiting for some news worthy or somewhat thread relating responses, but keep finding you defending yourself.

Like I said I am doing my best to move on. So I am ASKING you and other member that posts to this thread to PLEASE do not make me comment any more in my defense or about the events of the last two days, PLEASE??????????????. Will you other members PLEASE do that and let this be my last ever words about this unless I have to talk to the mod or suze again? I just want for this to be over. I do not want ANY further trouble and I am a peaceful man whether any one believes it or not. And I guess I better let the thread know that I will report abuse to the moderator. That is not a threat. . So PLEASE dont make me comment on the thread about this again?????
Thank you
