Have you ever found yourself in a discussion with someone where the point they were arguing made no sense whatsoever? I remember this guy a few years ago trying to tell me that Boneless skinless chicken breasts were fat free. HUH?!?! I made a futile attempt to explain to him since this was an animal with meat, it was impossible for it to be fat free. (((SIGH)))

Sometimes you just have to give up. They are too set in their ideas.

Boneless and skinless chicken breast are indeed 99% fat free because if they truly contain no skin, then they contain only the protein

If you are stuggling with the phrase "fat free" then yes, they usually are not 100% fat free. But, the difference between 99% and 100% is insignificant. Thus, 99% is commonly accepted as being fat free.

What about all the juices from the skin & the tissue that are still collected in the muscle tissue? Juices contain fat!

When I cut into my chicken breast, it's juicy & the juices run out & they are delicious all over my pasta!

David, honey, you got served.

I do hate stupid arguments. People argue with me when I'm right, and they still don't get it. It's pointless. ;)

My ex in highschool argued with me that Stevie sang and wrote all of the songs on Rumours. We got in this huge blowout where he got pissed off because I'm always right (I was) and he stopped the car and told me to get out. We were near my house so I did. How stupid is that?

Now, this is the same guy in my Kenya pictures married to someone else. Maybe now some of y'all who may have wondered why I didn't snag him for myself know. ;)
