I wish I did. Rove appeared before the GJ at least five times. That's a lot for someone who is not a target of the investigation. Fitzgerald won't confirm or deny the story. Something funny is going on, I think.

On June 12, 2006, special counsel Patrick Fitzgerald formally advised us that he does not anticipate seeking charges against Karl Rove," Rove's lawyer, Robert Luskin, said in a statement.
