Anybody get the new Pet Shop Boys album "Fundamental" yet!!?? It is so great! One of their best ever :blob1:

Standouts are "Numb" "Psychological" & I think that "I Made My Excuses and Left" is one of their greatest songs ever!!!

Anyone?

I just read a review yesterday that it is a fantastic album. I'm intrigued, I like them. So, you're the second endorsement.

same here. I really like their work, aside from their remix of Get Together for Madonna. I'll always like West End Girls most. I'll have to check it out.

I would really suggest you both do check out this album - I am no major fan, and I only own "Very" and "Actually" and this new album - it really is great

It was "Sorry" that they remixed - which I think they did a terrible job on as well...

But as for their album.. it's not bad - I think they need pick it up abit... I tend to like the remixes that come from the songs rather then their album versions.

I just read a review yesterday

Pink section, perhaps?

I love the Pet Shop Boys. My favorite album is the one that looks like a Lego and has "Go West". The name escapes me.

I totally forgot that they had a new album out, and that makes me sad. I might have to go pick it up tomorrow, 'cause I love them.

Perhaps. *she says mysteriously*

The all gay issue, or the gay, gay, gay issue...what was it called? All gay, all the time? The big gay issue?

i like this album, it's not thrilling or exciting in any way, but on the other hand it's definetly not bad. i listened to it several times, and then put it aside coz i had more interesting stuff to play.

To me it was the big boring gay issue. Although Neva Chonin's column rocked as always. I'm in love with her.

I don't know who that is. I actually don't usually get the Sunday paper anymore. I thought it was a bit dull, as well. Except I learned there is a bar named Amber where the patrons are exceptionally attractive and stylish according to the reviewer. :p
There was a big picture of Jack Black as Nacho Libre inside the first page, and I was really excited there would be a review, but no. It had come out Friday instead.

I don't know who that is.

Check her out, even if online. Her column is in every Sunday's Pink section, called Live! Rude! Girl! or something like that. Sometimes political, sometimes reflecting on pop culture. I think she's always spot on and a great read. I think she and I are nearly the same age, so I relate to her.

I'll give the Pet Shop Boys credit for this, theyve been around for over 20 years.
