Hi!

Does anyone have a good quality version of this song? Please post it here if you have it. Also...how would I put it on my iPod using iTunes...? I'm really challenged when it comes to this stuff. I know how to rip CD tracks, but not how to put tracks on the PC on it.

thanks,
BRANDoN

my dear dear demon.

I have it and will send to you when I get home if no one has sent it to you by then. what I do is once it's downloaded move it to your iTunes folder where all your other music is stored and just double-click it, that should open it up in iTunes automatically for you. keeping in mind that once you play it from one location, it must stay there in order for the track to continue to work. in other words, don't put it somewhere, play it and then decide to put it in another folder or delete it. anything else I can do for you? :wavey:

I've been interested to hear this for a while...

Sweet Lord! That was freaking AWESOME!! :]

Love Lindsey's vocal on it. (EDIT Especially on the very last two lines .... very emotionally charged.)

Thanks Jazzy. :xoxo:

I like this version, but the album version just rocks out more to me. Someone just needs to turn it into an awesome dance remix.

Hey Jason, that link doesnt do anything...?Hey Brandon -- once you click the link, you'll see (on the right side of the Megaupload logo) a ticker that says, "Please wait __ seconds" (I believe it always starts at 45 seconds).

Once it finishes counting down, the ticker changes to "Click here to download." Once it says that, you're good to go.

the WOS demoI just want to remind everyone that this really isn't a demo (though there are demo versions of "Thrown Down" circulating) -- this is actually an outtake from 'Trouble In Shangri-La,' and is taken from an early acetate of that album (which also included "My Heart" and "Touched By An Angel").

Note Sharon & Lori on the backing vocals. :)

Thanks Stew man...love your Superman pic BTW. I have been skeptical because Chris Reeve is just "it" for me as Superman...but I must admit the previews have almost made a believer of me...

Can anyone identify the lines that the backup singers are singing? I know one of them is "There's nothing left to say" but what else?

Thanks!

is this version radio quality - I have downloaded a few of them where people have said they are good quality, and they really aren't :distress:

I have been skeptical because Chris Reeve is just "it" for me as Superman...but I must admit the previews have almost made a believer of me...I was unsure about Brandon Routh when they first announced he would be the new Superman and his photo ran in all of the news reports -- but he's really won me over in all of the footage I've seen from the film.

No one will ever top Christopher Reeve (a "Superman" on and off-screen)... but I think Brandon's pretty perfect for the role.

I think Brandon's pretty perfect for the role. He was a presenter on the MTV Movie Awards and he is so "Clark Kent!" :swoon:

I think one of the lines is "Don't overwhelm him, baby/There's nothing left to say."

I wish Stevie had done her own backups. Sharon, Lori, and Co. are fine for the road, but there should be as much layered Stevie on the studio recordings as possible
