Gemini's twins are witty, adaptable and intellectual

Happy birthday, Gemini. On Sunday, the sun moves into the third sign in the zodiac, represented by the twins.
Being the only mutable air sign, Gemini is a witty, adaptable and intellectual personality.
Ruled by speedy planet Mercury, the twins are extremely communicative and have an endless supply of topics and ideas to discuss.
Indicative of their symbol, Gemini natives possess a dual nature that can be filled with contradiction and fickle indecision.
Because of their intelligent and playful personality, Gemini make excellent conversationalists, comedians, diplomats, journalists, orators and lyricists.
This is evidenced by the long list of notable Gemini communicators, songwriters and poets. To better convey this influence, I have enlisted the help of some famous twins and included their words for each of you.
Aries (March 21-April 19): During the next month, the mighty sun will give you the gift of gab. You will wax poetic in your conversations and interactions. Use this time to form words crafted of purpose to accomplish more than a witty remark. Remember Gemini President John F. Kennedy's words, "We must never forget that art is not a form of propaganda; it is a form of truth."
Taurus (April 20-May 20): You are forever the solid picture of steady and sure accumulation. Being born the first officer of wealth and security, you may at times have a tendency to equate having with being. During the next month, there will be no problems with the getting, but remember to spend a moment pondering why it's so important to you. As Gemini Lauryn Hill said, "You could get the money, you could get the power, but keep your eyes on the final hour."
Gemini (May 21- June 21): Happy birthday, twins. As the sun moves into your house of self and you mark the completion of another year, take the following wisdom as your mantra: "The longer I live, the more beautiful life becomes," said fellow Gemini and architectural genius Frank Lloyd Wright. For the next month, spend some time celebrating the beauty that has become your existence.
Cancer (June 22-July 22): "Now here I go again, I see the crystal visions. I keep my visions to myself," said Gemini songstress Stevie Nicks. You, too, will be flooded with moments of sparkling intuition and almost psychic flashes of clarity in the coming weeks. You will also do well to follow Nicks' lead and keep your hunches under wraps for the time being, until you've had proper time to reflect and process.
Leo (July 23-Aug. 22): Your need to feel superbly unique will have you striking out on your own unbeaten path for the next few weeks. Old ideas will have no use to you as you will have a keen sense of the cutting edge and an extracharming ability to woo others. Gemini Judy Garland had you in mind when she said, "Always be a first-rate version of yourself instead of a second-rate version of somebody else."
Virgo (Aug. 23-Sept. 22): "A career is wonderful thing, but you can't snuggle up to it on a cold night," said Gemini Marilyn Monroe. I urge you to keep this sentiment close to you at night, Virgo, when you start putting too much stock in what's happening at work. You will do just fine without worrying about how others view you. Business opinions aren't the ones that truly reflect who you are.
Libra (Sept. 23 - Oct. 22):You will have much in your brain in the next month as you search your mind and the world at large for new ideas on life. Learning new things and meeting new people will have you infused with a new optimism about your own path. Your mantra for the next four weeks comes straight to you from mogul and Gemini Donald Trump: "As long as you're going to be thinking anyway, think big."
Scorpio (Oct. 23-Nov. 21): "He not busy being born is busy dying," said the prolific Gemini Bob Dylan. I urge you to channel Dylan in the coming weeks by getting busy living. Don't get caught up in what isn't happening, what's not working and how things are fading away. Look instead at what you can create in place of anything that is currently exiting your life.
Sagittarius (Nov. 22-Dec. 21): This new solar cycle brings your relationships into focus for the next month or so. You will be at your best in any form of partnership, be it romantic, business or otherwise. Gemini Anne Frank had sage words for you when she said, "Despite everything, I believe that people are really good at heart." It is precisely that type of sentiment that will keep you engaged in all your affairs.
Capricorn (Dec. 22-Jan. 20): Any plans you have for the betterment of yourself is achieved by giving your best services to those around you. As Beatle and Gemini Paul McCartney said, "Think globally, act locally." Use his words to instigate a change in your greater surroundings by starting as an example and aid to those closest to you. This very action will spark a profound change in you.
Aquarius (Jan. 21-Feb. 18):"Silly is you in a natural state, and serious is something you have to do until you can get silly again," said funnyman Gemini Mike Myers. Your mission for the next month is to make these words your personal slogan and find your natural state as often as possible. Be generous with your affection to those you love and take time to laugh as much as possible. The serious thing has been getting you down lately, so try something new.
Pisces (Feb. 19-March 20): Spending too much time reflecting on your past and what you could have or should have done will do you no good in your present. Gemini Ralph Waldo Emerson had your next few weeks in mind when he said, "Finish each day and be done with it. You have done what you could." If you still feel the need to check the past, browse a photo album.
