I hate to just single somebody out like this & embarrass her, but what the hey. I want to express my appreciation for carrie721, senior ledgie. She hasn't been around here long--only since last November--but in that time she has posted interesting, thoughtful, funny, warm, trenchant, sometimes off-kilter & always highly readable stuff.
